Buffalo Bills 2025 Regular Season Schedule
buffblue replied to Sierra Foothills's topic in The Stadium Wall
I honestly don't think it's far off. I have the Pats winning 10, maybe 11 games. That is an extremely friendly schedule. Fortunately I think the Bills will win 12-13 -
I agree. Dude is absolutely clueless
-
How so? This will be our 3rd game at Carolina in 17 years and the Bills are 1-1

Im not sur I undertand yur post my frend

Is there an NFL team with a weaker WR group than the Bills?
buffblue replied to Pete's topic in The Stadium Wall
To be fair, those are hardly major investments. I like Palmer especially and think he will be a good player for us. But let's not pretend that surrounding Allen with high level skill talent has been a top priority. -
First things to look for when the schedule comes out

Hopefully it won't be in September like in 2017. One of the most brutally hot, miserable experiences I've ever been to. -
Neither. They are run incompetently and have been for quite awhile now. As long as Tomlin gets to go 9-8 and keep his silly .500 record intact while getting smashed by 30 in the wild card, everything is good.

Perfect player for Dallas. An overrated malcontent with a big name who will ultimately just prove to be a distraction.

Patriots easily had the best in my opinion. They are going to be significantly better with the defensive additions, Vrabel, and the added weapons on offense. The offensive line is still a bit of a concern even with drafting Campbell, but overall their offseason has been impressive. Couple that with an exceedingly easy schedule (there are literally only 4 tough games - BUF x 2, CIN, BAL) and I expect the Pats to win 10 games and snag a wild card spot. New England is already head and shoulders above Miami and the Jets.

What is your favorite totally random Bills game?
buffblue replied to T.E.'s topic in The Stadium Wall
Yep. In 2000 he was better than ever and an absolute terror until the big injury against Tampa. Looking back that seemed to be a major breaking point for the Bills (7-4 at the time) descent into mediocrity for years to come. -

I was at that game. Drove up from Charlotte with my old man to see it. Was not going to miss it for anything as I absolutely hated Cam and the Panthers. That stadium was nothing short of euphoric as everybody was exiting lol. I still remember searching Buffalo high and low in the coming days for an EJ Manuel jersey and literally every place was sold out. Dodged a bullet there, but plenty of other jersey mistakes were made. It's why I didn't feel safe getting an Allen until last year 😂 -

Elijah Moore Visiting the Bills today (Update: Signed!)

Yes please. I'd give a 2nd and 4th for him in a heartbeat. Lower end #1, but a #1 nonetheless and he just turned 28 a week ago -

Unfortunately Allen is a slot guy only at this stage of his career -

Yep, not a terrible player but superfluous to our position group and doesn't play nearly as fast as his 40 time would suggest. But what else is out there. At least Moore is not Quintez Cephus -

Yes, the pickings are slim this time of year. If only there was an event where you could select young prospects to try to improve your roster🤔 -
Yeah according to Gettleman you had to get those big old "hog mollies" as he called them over everything else. The best receivers on the Panthers 2015 Super Bowl team were Philly Brown, Ted Ginn, and Jericho Cotchery lol

Back in the drought era fans had every right to complain, and whether or not Jerry was an ass, he was absolutely unafraid to hold people's feet to the fire. I also thought he was underrated as an actual writer. But I definitely see your point
-
He is, but I remember during the drought years looking forward to his columns in the Buffalo News (even if mostly everyone hated him). It's a far cry from what exists today
-
Wow a Sully sighting? Didn't think he was around anymore lol. Could he not hack it at the Niagara Gazette?
-
If he hadn't repeatedly boxed himself into a corner at the position I might agree with you and have a little bit more faith. But as many, many others have stated this isn't the first year we're having this conversation. I don't think it is arguable that he places a lower emphasis on the position, then gets reactive to the situation he created in the first place.

Things aren't linear. There is only so much predictive value to be taken from a season where the offense stayed very healthy (remarkably so at offensive line) and set a league record for fewest turnovers. These are anomalies. Will Buffalo still be a good offense? Of course, they have Josh Allen. But to act like all the Bills have to do is line up and the same results will follow is foolish, especially with no notable personnel upgrades. Teams fluctuate wildly year over year in things like record in one score games, man games lost to injuries, takeaway/giveaway ratio, etc. There's an element of randomness that can't be discounted, and if you're not actively trying to improve certain elements of the roster the results may not be what is expected due to past performance. I approve of the defensive heavy approach in the draft and believe it was the right course of action, both for our biggest needs and because the draft crop this year was way more talented on that side of the ball. But that does not mean that the criticism of Beane for the status of the wide receiver room is unwarranted.

Just seeing Shenault on there is disturbing. The guy has a grand total of 42 catches over the last 3 years combined and a YPC of 8.8. The Bills are already the 5th team of his career. He is terrible
