Well...now that he's no longer on a Texas team, wouldn't it be something if this grand jury voted to indict.

As a rule, I've never been crazy about Penn State corners. As an alum, I watch a lot of their games when they are on TV and if the corners weren't giving up long receptions, they generally were guilty of pass interference. Having said that, this past year, the secondary played quite well. I had wondered if they had different coaching because there weren't as many big plays and flags.

I think after the top 3 or 4 corners there is a significant drop off while the WR depth is considerably greater. If one of the top corners falls to the Bills, that will be the pick. If not, I presume it will be oline or WR depending on how the Bills have individual players graded.

That may have been our O line coach, Bobby Johnson. You wonder why the Giants weren't interested in him.

It's going to remind me of the Colts when Rivers played. The surrounding cast he had in Indy, was really good for Rivers. They made the playoffs and the Bills barely beat them. They could do the same with Ryan. They were hurt when Luck unpredictably retired on them. I guess Karma got them when they decided to "suck of Luck" after Peyton Manning. They took a chance on Wentz and that did not pay off. So they will stumble along until they are able to draft a solid QB and build from there. At least they got a better leader and professional with Ryan over Wentz.

Mariota to Falcons. Reunited with their HC who was the OC in Tennessee when Mariota was there.

That makes Colts once again dangerous...and likely the favorites in their division. Falcons are apparently eating a $42M cap hit by trading him because they renegotiated his contract to facilitate the trade for Watson.

That's very interesting. Thank you for posting this. QBs like Josh and Mahomes are rarities, though. The team as a whole...including QB has to be good enough to compete with their likes. Thank goodness we got Josh! Beane and McD saw "it" and ignored the naysayers. They weren't just taking a flyer. They knew.

I love the Bills but I actually prefer college ball. I have 4 teams (alma maters and Air Force) that I follow and root for. I like to find close, compelling back and forth games though. If the game goes into OT, it's a bonus.

I'm thinking restructure and extension as well. Get a solid backup for a few years instead of a one year rental and spread out the cap hit.

I like this move. Keenum has been a starter in the league and has familiarity with Diggs. Will be good in the QB room as well.

Rogers screwed Adams over with his contract. He puts the onus on GB management that they don't support him with a surrounding cast. No Aaron. You screw yourself by your selfish moves. Don't blame your team when you're not a team player.

According to Shefter today on NFL Live, the only team that has been eliminated is the Browns. The NFC South teams are still in the mix and apparently all made strong presentations. That's likely why it's taking so long for Watson to make a decision. The one advantage to Atlanta is he's from there, so he likely will have a better chance of finding a "welcoming" community.

Philips just said: "Shaq sign the contract." I'll bet the Bills have offered Shaq Lawson a contract but he's holding out for more.
