  1. So Daniel Jeremiah gives Breece Hall to the Bills in the first round in his mock and this somehow translates to the Bills automatically doing this? If the Bills decide Hall is the pick next month then fine...but can we wait for it to be Beane's decision and not the draft pundits?
  2. https://giantswire.usatoday.com/2022/03/26/kansas-city-chiefs-interested-trade-new-york-giants-cb-james-bradberry/?utm_source=smg&utm_medium=fishburne&utm_content=home-hero There's more interest in Bradberry.
  3. Stout was a place kicker/punter for Penn State so he wasn't a holder either.
  4. That's the only pick I like.
  5. He's pleading the Fifth.
  6. I would agree. I never have liked Joe B's mock drafts.
  7. Thank you. I actually like Stout. He's pretty solid and would serve as a backup FG kicker if needed.
  8. Does he give a reason why Stout over Araiza at punter?
  9. Well...now that he's no longer on a Texas team, wouldn't it be something if this grand jury voted to indict.
  10. As a rule, I've never been crazy about Penn State corners. As an alum, I watch a lot of their games when they are on TV and if the corners weren't giving up long receptions, they generally were guilty of pass interference. Having said that, this past year, the secondary played quite well. I had wondered if they had different coaching because there weren't as many big plays and flags.
  11. I think after the top 3 or 4 corners there is a significant drop off while the WR depth is considerably greater. If one of the top corners falls to the Bills, that will be the pick. If not, I presume it will be oline or WR depending on how the Bills have individual players graded.
  12. That may have been our O line coach, Bobby Johnson. You wonder why the Giants weren't interested in him.
  13. Crowder was the one I was hoping we'd sign. He's a solid possession receiver. Didn't know he was a good returner when he played for Washington.
  14. My mistake. I'd been posting about Ryan to the Colts and got mixed up. You are certainly correct, and I'd like to see Malik in the NFC versus the AFC (i.e. Steelers).
  15. Colts don't have a first. I think Malik will go in the first round.
  16. It's going to remind me of the Colts when Rivers played. The surrounding cast he had in Indy, was really good for Rivers. They made the playoffs and the Bills barely beat them. They could do the same with Ryan. They were hurt when Luck unpredictably retired on them. I guess Karma got them when they decided to "suck of Luck" after Peyton Manning. They took a chance on Wentz and that did not pay off. So they will stumble along until they are able to draft a solid QB and build from there. At least they got a better leader and professional with Ryan over Wentz.
  17. Mariota to Falcons. Reunited with their HC who was the OC in Tennessee when Mariota was there.
  18. That makes Colts once again dangerous...and likely the favorites in their division. Falcons are apparently eating a $42M cap hit by trading him because they renegotiated his contract to facilitate the trade for Watson.
  19. That's very interesting. Thank you for posting this. QBs like Josh and Mahomes are rarities, though. The team as a whole...including QB has to be good enough to compete with their likes. Thank goodness we got Josh! Beane and McD saw "it" and ignored the naysayers. They weren't just taking a flyer. They knew.
  20. We still have two 6 rounders and one 7th.
  21. I love the Bills but I actually prefer college ball. I have 4 teams (alma maters and Air Force) that I follow and root for. I like to find close, compelling back and forth games though. If the game goes into OT, it's a bonus.
  22. I'm thinking restructure and extension as well. Get a solid backup for a few years instead of a one year rental and spread out the cap hit.
  23. I like this move. Keenum has been a starter in the league and has familiarity with Diggs. Will be good in the QB room as well.
  24. It is also possible that the Bills are thinking more long term deal and are looking at Bates' other offers to set the market.
  25. It's one thing about being ps'd about what Washington did and then being extra motivated to ensure it doesn't happen on the next deal. Motivation is different from emotions.
