This makes a lot of sense. For those that argue that the defense needs to make a stop...both defenses yesterday were giving up points, particularly in the 4th qtr. NE should have stopped KC from getting into field goal range with 39 seconds left to tie the game. So it came down to a coin flip as to whose offense got to touch the ball first. The same argument would apply if KC had won the toss and scored and NE didn't get to try to match it. A coin flip decided the game.
I actually am not watching. Every time I turn the game on it's negative for KC, so I'm following the game on this thread and watching the National Geographic channel. So hopefully the cheers for KC continue.
I had a colleague in Seattle. I saw him at a conference and told him his team got hosed in that game. He thought only Seahawk fans thought that. Nope...any true fan of the sport felt that way.
No....you've seen evidence of various crews taking over games. I guess it comes down to the idea "you could throw a flag on every play." Sadly, some crews take that literally.
Gosh that interview with Brady! "I know everyone says we suck. We can't win." No, Tom, it's not that anyone believes you "can't win." You just suck...period, end of statement.
I hate his false humility.
