  1. Fact is most coordinators in this league are JAG’s who can only scheme up the one thing they know. Doesn’t matter what their players can do or can’t do.
  2. At least Allen has the physical ability to possibly get away from that tackle. Matt Ryan does not, nor should he ever think that he can.
  3. For sure. Jauron took the brunt of the blame, and certainly he was in over his head coaching against the likes of Belichick, but the organization was a mess from the top on down back then. And the “talent” we had on the field back then? Yikes.
  4. Meh, we were on the receiving end of similar or worse plenty of times during the drought years. The Seahawks game where they ran a fake punt up by like three or four scores comes to mind. As a fan you’re angry at the time, but really the team you’re angry at is your own for being too pathetic to stop it.
  5. While his predetermined narrative had been collapsing around him all night, that was the moment even Collinsworth could no longer defend it and finally gave up. It was beautiful.
  6. Lol, Hughes is an absolute treasure. If I’m feeling down sometimes I just think about the lopsided trade that brought him here and it puts a smile on my face. Gotta get this man a ring this year.
  7. Me Grammy ain’t never seen a malady ACV didn’t patch right up 👵
  8. Milano too damn good to be missing all this time for hamstrings, what can they do to keep his muscles loose? Tai chi? Ballet? Electrolytes? Apple cider vinegar..?
  9. Wow. To say we’ve feasted on some sub par competition would be putting it mildly, but you still have to be an elite team to dominate even weaker teams at this level.
  10. I think the logical counter to Barr's statement would be that if the rest of the 70% reported their crimes to police, the number of false reports would be likely to go up as well. Because I'm guessing they're including in that 70% the accusers who skip criminal reporting and go straight to civil lawsuits, much like Watson's accusers. And I'm guessing that among people who go straight for money rather than justice is a higher percentage of people who might be willing to stretch the truth for their own gain. Of course, also within that 70% are real victims who are just too scared to come forward. Which makes the situation simply all the more tragic.
  11. Yes, this. Our RB's may not be elite, but they were met by the D at or behind the line of scrimmage way too much last season for me to me to want to place the majority of the blame for the running game with them.
  12. The "Patriot Way" is an extreme version of "team comes first," where players are told that they're expendable and they're expected to shut up and do their jobs. For two decades, players not only put up with this, but took below market value contracts to do so, because they thought it was a great shot at a ring. But Brady has proven that he was the reason that team had a great shot at a ring each year. So with "the patriot way" exposed, what player is eager to sign up for camp Belichick now?
  13. There’s a part of me that’s truly ashamed of how much I enjoyed that. Luckily its just a very small, small part. The whole rest of me loved it.
  14. Haha, I hear ya. I’m even more pissed about AB getting a ring though. That POS shouldn’t be playing football ever again, not winning a SB.
  15. It’s a really weird feeling. But the way KC got away with murder in the AFCCG and the smugness I saw from a lot of their fans that week made Bucs the easy choice to root for tonight. And hey, for once you get to feel what its like to watch Brady play and enjoy it. Win/win.
  16. Same way I used to watch the Rock layeth the smaketh down on that candy ass. It’s entertaining, enjoy the ride. Do ya smeellllll what the Tom is cookin’?? 🤣
  17. Chiefs partied like the 90’s Bills before the big game last night?
  18. Until he retires, Brady’s team always gonna be top of the food chain.
  19. Don’t know why TB RB didn’t extend the ball there, it’s a turnover on downs if he doesn’t get it nothing to lose.
  20. Buddy after that “interception” review in the Rams game this year I have a hard time believing all the BS calls and favoritism I see are simply human error.
  21. haha for sure. But you can’t be surprised by that can you? NFL been more like WWE for years now.
