  1. Not many, to be perfectly honest. JP lives in Buffalo, so do Kelly Holcomb and Nall. TKO - Atlanta Willis & Roscoe - Miami Hagan - Dallas Clements - Houston Shelton & Coy - California Think Whitner will live in Ohio in the offseason.
  2. Couldn't agree more. Solid special teams player. Solidly BAD cover corner with poor hands.
  3. His parents were there too and his dad thought there was a reasonable chance he comes back... if the front office can work soemthing out. His wife was just complaning about how much of a pain it is to fly into Buffalo, but if they pay up big, I can't see her complaining.
  4. The big trap might actually belong to you. Spikes is the ultimate team player and warrior. His teammates look up to him and cutting him will send a very, very bad message to this team. Nobody plays with more intensity and fire than Spikes and his teammates feed off that. His play will improve. He essentially had no training camp and then was further set back with a hamstring injury. Give him time.
  5. Met his wife at the game... she sure hopes he doesn't!
  6. It's easy to regurgitate stats when you know nothing about what actually happened in the game. So.... nice job Like I said: - There were amost 100 yards of blatantly DROPPED passes -- 5 in all - one of which should be a TD. - D'Angelo Hall pulled a Nate Clements move from 3 years ago and tried to intercept a hail mary with 2 seconds left in the half instead of knocking it down. The Saints scored on that play. And if you're going to regurgitate stats, how about his 170 rushing yards? Maybe they would be better off with Schaub -- but if the receivers drop passes like it's their job...
  7. If you actually watched the game, you'd realize he did his part. It's not "all" his fault when his receivers drop 1 sure TD pass and 3 other passes of >20 yards. And this happens on a semi regular basis. Is he without blame? Nobody is... but he's not the reason they lost, that's for sure.
  8. 11. Nate Clements' wife is hot.
  9. This is NOT an internet message board. This is English class. Why don't people realize this?
  10. Thanks a bunch.
  11. Quick last minute question about the game. Haven't been to the Ralph in a few years and wanted to know if we can bring bags into the stadium -- like a backpack or something? I know most stadiums allow it after searching it but some (like Oakland and Yankee St) don't. Anyone know? Thanks!
  12. Here's an updated article. His coach obviously didn't appreciate it and I agree with him. Others don't. And that's why this country is great! http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2674262 "The comments that were made, obviously, are disappointing to me, and the fact of the matter is that my door is always open and that's where it is to start," said Coughlin, who also had a meeting with Shockey after his blowup. "People are to come to me if they have an issue with anything," Coughlin added. "I'll be glad to talk to them about it. It is not necessary to go to the media with this kind of stuff. It can be handled internally." "There is no question about my commitment to that: the balance, the running the ball," Coughlin said. "I have said it since Day 1. Look at Tiki's numbers over the three years. Were they the same as they were before I got here? Just check that part out, too, while you are doing it."
  13. The answer is no.
  14. Giants average 28 rush attempts per game and 33 passing attempts per game. Not all that bad in terms of balance.
  15. Vermeil.
  16. I'd suggest reading the article. 3rd paragraph: According to Newsday, Coughlin told Barber to stop criticizing the coaching staff publicly, while the New York Daily News reported that Coughlin said Barber's outburst was "inappropriate and unacceptable." There was no word as to whether Barber would be fined.
  17. His coach certainly took offense to it. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2674262 Pointing out that you need balance to win is fine (which he did). But to go further and to say that this is not rocket science (insinuating that his coaches are stupid) AND that the gameplan is an insult to him and his offensive line is selfish. In any case, it's not that big a deal... at least he is a great player. Same can't be said about many other loudmouths in the league.
  18. Why am I not surprised that you personally attack someone with an opinion that differs from yours?
  19. Glad you had a nice Thanksgiving... are you going to the game? Speaking intelligently about the game is one thing -- throwing your coaches under the bus in the media is quite another. I suppose that distinction is lost on you, which is fine. In the weeks leading up to game in Houston, Lee Evans had reason to complain to the media about the conservative game plan, the inconsistent QB play and poor offensive line play. He didn't. He told me himself at the dinner table!
  20. Nice I'll definitely drop by... haven't met any TBD folks except for those in sunny California!
  21. Indeed. You going to the game this weekend? How was your Thanksgiving?
  22. This is great, we're 6 years old again. You are a poopie-head! So there!!!
  23. That has been my feeling as well.
  24. Thanks for the personal insult.
