  1. True, but the Bengals haven't actually tried to score since the 3rd quarter, they've been burning clock since the end of the 3rd. The Bengals absolutely dismantled Fraziers bend but don't break style. It's not the only problem today, but it's a problem.
  2. Every reciever was in the back of endzone.... did dorsey call a play to get the first?
  3. Von wouldn't have made up the gap in this game. Burrow has gotten the ball out quick and it's the rushing game that's destroying the bills, Von was actually a liability in the run game often this year.
  4. Burrow is surrounded by elite talent. He has 3 to 4 options better than our 2nd best option. Bengals D challenge QBs better than anyone, with Frazier, offenses know exactly what they are going against with no adjustments. Bills spend money on a D line and ask josh to be God. The Bengals ask Joe to not throw picks and get the ball into elite recievers hands. Unfortunately Von would not have made a difference today, burrow has gotten the ball out too quick, hindsight is 20/20 but I wonder what this season looks like with an elite #2 WR
  5. I'll say it again. Tale of 2 franchises, one surrounds their star qb with talent. The other spends all their money on a defensive line and hopes their young late round recievers step up and asks their qb to be superman every game.
  6. Everyone and their mom knew the bills were going to run there. PA might have been nice
  7. No but at a minimum I try to get them to jump, they got them to jump 4 plays before. Then you line up and see what the coverage is for a 4th and 5. If you don't like it, timeout punt. If you like it, let josh cook. Bills needed points bad there, it's going to be a real battle now
  8. Aaaannnd that's how you lose in the playoffs. You haven't stopped the Bengals all game. 2 timeouts and 40 seconds. You at a minimum line up see the coverage, if you don't like it get them to jump then timeout and punt. Bend but don't break WILL not beat the Bengals or chiefs
  9. Fraziers bend but don't break D. Most teams would play press right there but it gives up a possible TD. So Frazier will give up 4 yards all day
  10. It's pretty close to the same thing the dolphins did, give up the outside leverage to the wrs then blitz off the edge and spy on josh for the scramble
  11. Lot of game left and I'm here for it, but I think what we are seeing is one franchise that surrounded their QB with elite talent and another that is still hoping their young wrs would step up. Now you have a franchise that asks their young qb to spread the ball to its elite weapons and another franchise asking their young qb to go out and be God every weekend.
  12. You will see more of an impact from Rousseau and epenesa this week. Kind of a narrative going around that bills edge rush was bad Sunday. Basham actually had a really good day on pressures, but the biggest factor is the Shanahan system is a quick read quick release offense, makes its tough to get to the qb. This week will be different, Burroughs release times say he gets it out quick most of the time but loves looking down feild for chase and holds the ball and will take sacks. I predict we really feel Rousseaus pressence this game. My large concern is there has been some pretty terrible officiating already in the playoffs, Bosa had every right to be pissed. He shouldn't act like child and hurt his team but he was being drug to the ground on 2 td passes directly in front of the refs, game changing blatant no calls. Then the roughing the passer on cousins was mind blowing. There's always bad calls but it feels like it's a matter of time until the bills get a terrible game changing call.
  13. Yes, it was a dangerous gamble that almost paid off for the dolphins. Everyone thinking it was just josh playing hero ball all game doesn't get that the fins sacrificed the deep ball (though there was a few times the check down was there). Fins blitzed heavily, and gave the bills wrs outside leverage for the deep ball all game. The fins knew if they could force deep routes, force the rbs to stay and protect, and see if josh can hit the deep shot with pressure in his face. If the bills recievers caught those balls this game got out of hand quick for the fins, but drops in pivotal moments continues to kill the bills momentum.
  14. Kinda hoping Jonah williams is back, he got ate up. And got away with so many holds.
  15. Agreed, just looked like he was pissed the entire game. Probably not happy jackson sat out
