My take aways: pros: -Bills have a better o line than the ravens -Cook can do more with the opportunities hill got on dumpoffs -likely ate up the chiefs, and Kincaid is better -josh would complete at least 1 of the 5 misses from lamar tonight and change the game. - kelce Henry and andrews looked slow - it was never in question for me but josh is CLEARLY better than lamar - bills are much more dynamic at wr than ravens - monken continues to underutilize Lamar's strengths and so far Henry's as well Cons: - chiefs have speed - rice ate up the LBs - andy Reid is still an offensive genius - we have to listen to everyone say the bills gave the chiefs the next tyreek hill - Araiza had a perfect punt - chiefs probably going to give up the 30 on kickoff all year, no chance for returns. - chiefs back up TEs look really solid - chiefs still seem to magically get favorable penalties at favorable moments

Lamar winning mvp really took away from the fact that monken has misused Lamar's skills alot last year, especially the playoff game.

That's not his game for sure. Play action, designed runs, and catch the defense of guard with a deep shot is his game. Ravens scheme against the Chiefs in the playoffs was horrible and it's not looking great tonight.

The entire NFL watched wirfs jump out of a pool and become one of the nfl elite. Now teams are kicking the tires, people don't realize the type of athlete gable is. He's the guy that makes elite athletes look slow. I have zero expectations, but why not put a world class athlete on your team?

Exactly, almost no risk and the potential is without a doubt there. People forget after Claypools first 2 seasons everyone thought the steelers hit a homerun. I have little to no expectations for Claypool, but he has all the tools and who knows, once he gets in that locker room maybe he realizes if he puts in the work he could help get a ring and resurrect his career. I like the move.

I'd take this all day. Not sure why people will grab pitch forks if you can get a guy that might have a higher ceiling than poyer/Hyde in thier primes in the 2nd. I'll admit I wanted Leggett but if beane uses the ammo to trade back up and still get a guy like ladd or baker and Cooper I'd be excited.

90% of josh allen criticism is because of one reason, bills mafia. Nick Wright legitimately has made a career on hating josh allen. Why? Because he's a beloved qb of a diehard fan base. A fan base that can easily be triggered into a frenzy of tweets and views. Every time nick Wright bashes josh allen he's immediately trending on Twitter. You really think Stephen a Smith hates the cowboys? Guarantee he doesn't give a rats ass, but it's the most popular team in America and hating on them gets views and tweets. They can't bash on Desmond ridder every day, no one will tweet or watch the clips.

If jonny Newton or chop are still there at 28 I'd be surprised if they pass on them, and then get thier favorite wr left on day 2. Possibly trade late picks to get another day 2 pick and get thier favorite 2 wrs.

I think stroud is a good QB but people are getting wild calling Texans to the super bowl. Now opponents will take them seriously and they have a year of tape on stroud.

Beane really puts himself under the microscope for this draft and next. He HAS to hit in the draft, and can't get a Basham or ford next year in the 2nd.

I meant the 40% snaps that are available when Oliver is off the feild. The bills dl depth hasn't been great at coming in and making an impact especially behind Oliver. I won't pretend to know a ton about williams, he might be a great signing but he's on a 1 year. Nothing wrong with going mitchell at all, I want weapons on offense, but if your telling me I could possibly get great/elite pass rush at 3t 100% of snaps (not too mention if Oliver ever got hurt) for the next few years I'd take it all day at 28.

Awesome mock, but I think McDermott would flip a table if beane took Mitchell and Johnny Newton is still on the board. It's a position of need this year, and a massive need in the coming years and he's arguably the best in the draft. I could see McDermott himself sprinting to the podium to turn in the card if Newton is still there.

The pick up of Samuel just put the bills in a position to take bpa, wether that's wr dt safety whatever. But it makes me feel so much better, because I haven't liked a few of beanes picks when he has to fill holes.
