The truly great teams that are built for the long haul, start from the inside out. Seeing as we seem to finally have a GM and Coach on the same page, they made the hard decisions in their first season, and both of our lines resemble a mobile home after an F5 tornado; I believe the reports that is where we will be spending our draft capital. Furthermore I wholeheartedly agree with the approach. Doing this and then snagging someone like Mike White on Day 2 is the right way to go.

Barring some crazy trade up for Rosen, Darnold, or Allen; we should probably prepare ourselves for someone like Lamar Jackson or Mike White.

Boy. That really sucks. At the point you have a gallstone (which I am assuming he has prior to this), you REALLY need to drastically change your diet. Ironically, you are going to have to change your diet after it is removed anyway so might as well do it early and keep the assets you came in with. You have a gallbladder for a reason, and removing it should be last resort option. It is a common procedure these days and they will tell you that you will not miss it, but there are a ton of people that would disagree with that assessment. I am tired of reading posts by jack asses.

It is the best I have seen for sure. All of it makes my head hurt so I shy away from in depth statistical analysis. If you give me a dataset, I can write SQL queries to bend it and shape it anyway imaginable but assembling those datasets and coming up with meaningful ways of analyzing it... eh, I need like 6 figures a year at minimum to do that crap.

I agree Hap, without a good metric to measure success it is going to be flawed. A floating scale by round drafted is a good start. But other than that, it is pretty hard to wrap your head around.
