Exactly I think the question everyone needs to have answered is this coaching staff not in tune with who Josh Allen is? And are they trying to coach out of him that which makes him so great?

Here is a thought...this 4-2-5 scheme is McDermott baby and is quite frankly OUTDATED just as is McDermott old school philosophy of "earning" your roster which is contradictory since numerous rookies have outperformed the vets McDermott places in front of them....
