The pictures aren't even that bad. No bruising, no swelling, just scratches and blood smeared. She described that he slammed her head into a coffee table with enough force to cause a concussion, but no hematoma? Then she just went and took a shower where he assaulted her again? This is all PR speak after the fact. We have no idea how aggressive he was in going for AB. What we do know is that he was interested and looked into him after knowing AB's derelict history. I'm not saying that McBeane doesn't value character. All of a players traits are considered, obviously. However, if talent is high and character are low and you need that position, there are tradeoffs you are willing to take. With that said, I dont think McBeane will look into OBJ, because we are already loaded at WR and there is no need to roll the dice on talent/character.

How does this view that he's not McBeane material keep popping up? McBeane went after AB for God sakes. Give up this stupid idea as to being the reason why the Bills wouldn't pursue him. And, NO, I do not want OBJ and his drama on the team. But I do think if McBeane saw him as a valuable talent upgrade, they would go after him for the right price.

In California, the police sometimes supply a kit that its drawn with that meets the specific requirements for chain of custody etc. Sometimes its pulled with that kit and passed on to the police, but often is run by the hospital lab to prevent it from hemolyzing before its able to get tested. If they wait to long and it does hemolyze then they'd have to draw again. Time is crucial since the body is actively metabolizing the alcohol.

If Ruggs is in the hospital due to the broken hip, they absolutely would use the hospital to draw and result the lab test. Of course they would require a warrant before the hospital can take the labs. BTW, I am an RN in the ICU
