  1. Ray Brown. Waa with Beane and McDermott in Carolina, started his coaching career here in 2008. Will be on the outs in Arizona after Wilkes being let go.
  2. I don't remember if it was nut in or kill. But it was one of the two.
  3. Bieniemy is the guy Is covet if we were looking. Happy we don't have to go through that this year.
  4. I'd decline the option, he would make the average of the 3rd-25th highest paid players at his position for this year. Not 100% sure by I think that's somewhere between 10 and 11 million for a guy who had 4 sacks this year. You can get his production from a rookie at far less money. Happy he worked harder this year but it may be too little too late for him.
  5. We'd have a pro bowler, a defensive tackle who doesn't like football, a linebacker who shouldnt be in the league, and a maybe franchise qb. So anywhere from 50 to 25 percent success rate, which is par for the course. Should note all of those guys have immense talent, two just happen to be head cases.
  6. These conversations are getting so tiresome. Ironic considering the I Have a Dream speech was about character over skin color and everything goes back to skin color. Is saying we need less white coaches any less racist?
  7. Mayfield Jackson Darnold and Allen are interchangeable Rosen However Lamar Jackson gets to second based on win percentage and throwing to tight ends and runningbacks. Watched him last night and he is severely limited as a passer, especially to wideouts. I think he will flame out as a passer in the next three years.
  8. Thought he was a shoe in. Dorsey is a Green Bay guy.
  9. My brother in law is a Raiders fan. For his sake I hope everything works out. Del Rio deserved to be fired, but this year has been a train wreck.
  10. Allen accounted for five tds today. Anyone who thinks he was bad needs to get a grip.
  11. How do you figure he was overrated? No one ever said he was a hall of fame. But he is a 5x Pro Bowler for GOD'S sake.
  12. It's hard. I've never eaten too poorly, but if I dont exercise it's over. I love to work out, but finding time really is an issue. Going to try and use my lunch break, when I have them, to work out. I've started running in the mornings again. Cold in WNY but have to bite the bullet. Kind of to the point where I am embarrassed to go to a gym, but need to get over that as well. I'll be 36 this year, and if I dont start losing the weight now I know Ill be in big trouble. My Dad passed at 38 from a massive heart attack and I'd rather not go that route.
  13. Just found this club on here, and was excited to see it. Been all over the map in my life weight wise. 6'1 and my highest was 295 junior year of high school. My lowest was 165 the year I got engaged to my wife. Never thought I'd get over 200 again, but stopped being a vegetarian, stopped working out daily, and started having a few beers. Six years later and I am 235 and my doctor told me last visit I need to fix it. Hoping to lose about 50 pounds, my goal weight is 185. Glad to see there is a place to track progress and see how everyone else is doing. Great job everyone who is losing it. My thirties has been a killer. Don't eat awful, but have a stressful job with a lot of hours and not a lot of opportunity for exercise.
  14. Saw Welcome to Marwen a few days ago. What an utter piece of garbage. Probably should have mentioned in either the preview or the plot summary they put out that a central theme of the movie is cross dressing.
  15. 100% yes. He is picked a part like crazy. And honestly, if the chips fall differently maybe he isnt forcing INTS.
  16. Pretty sure a lot of people who do the rating of quarterbacks had Allen going first over all right before the draft. People were just as worries about Darnold's turnover issues in college as they were Allen's inaccuracies. Not sure why I am bothering here, becoming quite obvious by your multiple posts about how bad Allen is, you have your mind made up after one partial season. Brett Favre had more Interceptions than touchdowns in his first three years in the league, thank God Green Bay didnt quit on him. Plenty of Quarterbacks werent MVP candidates in their first season. Why dont you let this play out before you completely give up. Or possibly buy a Chiefs jersey?
  17. 11 Ints. Not going to argue about Darnold being the better of the two right now, he most likely is. However, if you want to quote stats, need to be accurate. Furthermore you really need to look at ints per game and not the static stat alone.
  18. I don't agree either but he hasn't been good. There were a few games this year where he was a major reason they lost. For being as large as he is he really doesn't play physically imposing football. And for as fast as he is he really isn't blowing me away with his coverage skills.
  19. Along the same line I put the blame of his playmakers inability to do anything with the opportunities he gives them. Josh isn't perfect but there isn't a qb in the NFL that is. Difference is teams usually have a wideout that makes plays like Robert foster missed. McKenzie was horrendous today. Logan Thomas had a beautiful opportunity. Croom screwed the pooch and they have no running game to speak of. He is the only playmaker they have on offense right now and his stats are lopsided because of it. It could have easily been a three touchdown day but his warts are magnified because of the talent he has around him.
  20. I grew my hair long and my Grandfather got me Byrlcream for Christmas that year. I had no idea what it was.
  21. Really liked Woodside coming into the draft this year. Pretty much the opposite of Allen though. Dhaquille was turning into a star at Auburn and was projected as a 1st round pick before getting kicked off his team. Lots of issues with that guy but talent wasn't one. Mitchell is the guy a lot of teams seem to sniff around but I've never seen him play.
  22. Only in Buffalo do people think that large multi-million dollar organizations choose their employees by NFL rankings. How often have you seen guys get jobs in the league just because they have worked with the person doing the hiring before? Not sure he gets a job, but I do think he gets an interview based on the people he has worked with in New England.
  23. Her obit pic looks a lot like Emma Thompson there. Am I wrong? Yep, I am wrong.
  24. I feel like its pretty likely. I'd watch to see if Nick Casserio gets a GM position, I'd watch if there ends up being an opening in Miami with Chris Grier as the GM, and I'd also watch Green Bay. He isn't a hot name, but I could see him getting up to three interviews and possibly a new gig.
  25. Watched the game last night. Brady still looks good. The issue I saw was more about the depth and age of their secondary and lack of a pass rush. Additionally, their offensive scheme will only work in New Englad. If Mcdaniels goes anywhere else and tries to run that amount of pick routes he will be called on it play after play. It's amazing to watch them not get called on it.
