  1. Went to the local Walmart today as well. Had to get a few things to cook dinner. Absolute madhouse. We intended to browse a bit, my wife and I both shot each other the "ok time to go look"
  2. Its an entire defense thing for me. Dane has been good in coverage just seems like he is having fits playing the ball. Pass rush hasn't been great lately and allowed wideouts to beat the zone. Defense has been bad.
  3. Like Tillman from the Vols. Still hoping Davis will be here as the #3 until his contract expires. Good team guy, hard worker, just has way too many drops. Would make sense to bring in OBJ on a 2-3 year contract and you'd be set at WR for a few years.
  4. Hes getting the exact rep he should get. The catch rate is way too low. At times this year its dipped below 50%. For context the last year John Brown was here, when the Bills felt like he was regressing and didn't bother bringing him back he was over 60% same for Emmanuel Sanders last year. Davis is proving that he is at best a guy who can be a #2 in short spurts, not a full time #2 you can rely on. In reality, he is a high end #3 who you let walk after his rookie contract is up.
  5. Absolutely love the kid. Wish he wasn't injured also wish he had a better OC.
  6. Right but how is q group of people with the same interest voting on something to force the hand of someone they are in business with different than collusion?
  7. But aren't the owners as a collective group considered a union?
  8. Serious question. How is collusion different than forming a union and making decisions together?
  9. Its probably just blind idiotic nostalgia but I see the team come together after that TD and feel like this years team is missing that. Something feels off and flat this year compared to previous years with Josh at QB.
  10. I trust Gabe...about 50% of the time. He may be on pace for 1000 yards but do you think that's his actual play talking or just a function of being the #2 in a pass first offense? He earned a big opportunity this year and my opinion is he hasn't been good enough to at the very least have to compete to earn it back next year. Too many teams with scary 1st and 2nd options. We need to be in that group, and not in the group that wonders if their #2 will drop 50% of the passes that come his way.
  11. Then he gets torched but at least you know what you have. Kind of a silly what if. Do you just keep him out forever because there is a chance he may play bad or get injured again?
  12. It was secondary and now that I see this looks like it was conjecture. Chris Brown said on his show today that the Bills "were being patient and supporting Tre's feeling that he wasn't ready to play" I'll take the L here. If it was indeed a team decision than its not on Tre.
  13. I understand that portion. What there seems to be some contention around is whether it's him or the team holding him out. From all accounts, including McDermott himself, it appears its Tre and not the team keeping him inactive.
  14. It may not be a contract holdout but he is holding himself out. He has been medically cleared to play and elevated to the active roster. The only person not allowing him to play is him. So what else would you call it?
  15. So he's only going to suit up on fields he feels comfortable on?
  16. Can only hold up coverage for so long. Mahomes makes people miss. Kelce is great, doesn't hurt he has the best QB in the league throwing to him.
  17. Not hard to answer missing lots of players on the back end.
  18. I know the OP is getting slammed for the post but the more this goes on the less wrong he is. You have teammates getting shot up with painkillers to get through a game and despite being healthy you aren't mentally ready? This isn't MLB or Basketball where teams can afford rest games for their stars. Its time for Tre to play.
  19. Don't disagree at all. I am glad he found other things that made him happy outside of football during his rehab, but its time to play or retire like you said. Also 100% agree on Poyer heart of a frickin lion. Over 30 or not guys with that mentality are hard to replace.
  20. He should be playing Thursday, not sure he will. Starting to think Tre is Ben Simmonsing or Kawhi Lenoarding the Bills right now. Not a good situation because the Bills really need Tre to restructure in the offseason to open up cap space, doesnt seem the type to do so given the current situation. Ohhh! I've never seen the episode just the photo. That makes it even more hilarious.
  21. Internet meme. Not something I can post here. But worth the google to get the visual.
  22. The feeling I came away with watching the game last night is how many offensive weapons those teams have compared to the Bills. At this point I am not convinced the Bills can make it out of the 1st round of the playoffs without a struggle let alone match up with the Chiefs again.
  23. Amazing how stocked Chiefs are on offense. Even with Hill gone they have good players all over the place.
  24. I'll agree the next time the Bills beat him.
  25. Not only a hell of a player but an absolute dog. Not many guys with Randy Marsh Wheelbarrell nuts on this team right now but Poyer is one of them. Glad he feels ready to play.
