I see the need for developing our offensive line and hope we are aggressive in addressing that need which we may do prior to the draft (depending on who is available, obviously). It seems unlikely that Mayfield will be available late in the second round and would need to be taken much earlier, if he is even available by the time the Bills are on the clock.

I obviously meant while on the field and I am pretty sure the injury contributed to the fumble. We will have a half season of football at least to see how he pans out. He runs good routes and catches the ball and I suspect that Benjamin will take off some pressure on the other receivers.

Exactly right. He has been very dependable but he has to be reasonably priced.

I agree with this. I am not a big fan but they have been contributors to the rock scene for decades. Judging by the votes hey have received, we Bills fans are in a minority.

I am not a fan of BJ either although I did like a couple of their songs. The vote is really a joke. Millions of fan votes identify the top 5 nominees. That, in turn, counts as one ballot equal to the 800 +/- voters in the committee (which includes every living member of the HOF, lending it some credibility). I would think that fan votes would carry more weight.

I agree but I think Bon Jovi will be a shoo in. The Hall also always inducts some obscure artist out of the clear blue.

There are probably a number of bands that I think should go before them... Jethro Tull, Doobie Brothers, The Guess Who, Three Dog Night. Chubby Checker? Just my opinion, of course. Go now was part of the British Invasion so is definitely a part of rock history. I, for one, liked it.

I have listened to their Seventh Sojourn many times but never heard a reference to the Seven Core Albums. I didn't even realize they weren't in the HOF until 4 or 5 years ago. It just seemed like a no brained that they would be.

Not sure what that is but they inspired a lot of bands who are already in the Hall. 50 years of great music while Joan Jett and Tupac are already enshrined.

The Moody Blues are nominated for the first time (How Did That Happen). The are currently on second place behind Bon Jovi (yeah, I know Bills fans) but ahead of Dire Straits, The Cars and others. I love Kyle and hope to see his name on the WOF. That said, $7 million is very steep for an aging warrior. I agree that many of those players will not be wearing a Bills uni next year.

The way they were supporting his arm made me believe it was a fracture. Very sad.

It probably wasn't a good idea to lt him return to the game but nobody can fault him for his willingness to play hurt. It sounds like the injury is minor and he has 10 days to heal...these young guys heal like Wolverine. I was happy to see him starting to assert himself increasingly over the past 3 games.

I agree with Richie. There is no way that a quality product can be put on the field after just 4 days with little time to heal or prepare. All things are equal, of course, but Thursdays are usually not good contests.
