I think Allen gives us a better chance to win NOW then the other two (backups>at best ) and as much as I would like to see Allen start week one I just don’t think we can take a chance and RISK our potential franchise QB to get KILLED behind that atrocious OL , IMO our first priority should be fixing the OL regardless who week one starter is , well at least our WR’s are no longer the worst unit on our team and after watching yesterday’s game our DL maybe just as bad ,

( ? ) Allen is a beast who’s only scratching the top of surface , I Think he’s ceiling is so freakin high we don’t have the technology to build telescope who could see that far !!!! I also don’t think will see ANY 8-9 man in the box trying to stop Shaddy when Allen is behind center , for the first time in I don’t know how long the defenses will have cover the entire field ( including the middle ) he can use some more weapons and a solid OL and I think sky is the limit!! Mack is a beast who wouldn’t want a player like that on this defense , I just think a 1st round pick and $115 million contract is a little high , for the same investment > OL a 1st round pick + $115 million in free agency we can have a wall/OL where Allen can have a chance to make plays and NOT run for his life or get killed , and BTW Allen imo should be our FIRST priority, I think it’s time to think ? offense

Without McCoy our offense is Great point ? !! For our D to be great will need at least our offense to be competent , that means moving the chains and getting that first down ( especially) when our D is gassed and have been on the field for a while

Some would argue we made the playoffs DESPITE the QB /#31 passing attack in the NFL last year ! 3 games last year where we could only manage 3 POINTS!!!!!
