  1. I think it's unfair to make any judgments about the WR's after two games, but I also think it's still a TBD situation. Arizona took Kincaid away and really started to jump our predictable early down runs, so we threw to the receivers. But Josh Allen also had to go off in that game.. much to do with his early fumble, first half defensive struggles and kickoff return.. otherwise we would've blown them out. Miami was a slaughter. We ran all over them and the defense was lights out. No need to throw the ball around the field. I would love a game where Samuel and Coleman really show that they can be trusted. We know Shakir is a beast in the slot and that Kincaid is an elite talent (still want to see us figure out how to feature him more), but our Offense taking another step likely depends on Coleman/Samuel being guys that we can rely on outside/down the field. They didn't against Arizona. We threw the ball to get back to 17-10, from down 17-3, but ran the ball in an annoyingly predictable fashion, most of the second half. Our Defense found it's footing, but it was shaky for a half.. and judging by Arizona's Week 2 Game.. that might just be a good team with an explosive offense. I generally agree that we will need more out of Samuel & Coleman specifically, but to this point, we haven't and really don't know what they will look like when we do need them. Heading into the season, so many doomers just assumed that all our question marks would automatically be where we struggle. Seems some are doing that again given we're two weeks in and haven't needed to rely on our outside WR's, therefore they are still unknowns, and therefore "warts may show"....why? We don't know what we have. Maybe they step up. Maybe not. We'll find out.
  2. What casualties are you referring to when this is about offensive metrics..
  3. Jermaine Johnson out for the year with an achilles injury. The Jets are already down Hassan Reddick with his contract situation.
  4. I was the Florida/Miami game a few weeks ago. 90 degrees, sunny, humid and a 330 kickoff. Every recruit on the field level was wearing a hoodie.. most of them black hoodies, with the hood up.
  5. How many games have they won because they simply need to get to the opponents 40 yard line and the games over? We just assume we would’ve lost when Bass missed that FG to tie the game against KC, but we’ll never know. We lost to Philly because our kicker missed and their kicker made it. McPherson missed an extra point. Butker is as clutch as it gets. Mahomes, Reid, Kelce, Jones and Butker. It’s time to put him in that group.
  6. Blue Anon leftists 🤝 Alex Jones Sandy Hook Part 2
  7. Von would hit his incentives off one game against the Bears OL
  8. I’m not against IVF, but conversations like this could open a dialogue..
  9. Chicago’s Offense seems designed to put Caleb Williams in horrible positions … and now he’s imploding.
  10. Wow… how did they miss that punch?
  11. Ukraine obsessed and ranting about protecting democracy That’s the entire MSNBC nightly lineup
  12. Bears OL not doing him many favors. Cant remotely even attempt to get him a 3rd and manageable.
  13. It’s honestly wild that Trump might win again when the media is this biased ALL. THE. TIME.
  14. Regardless of what comes of this and/or the veracity of it … our media are truly the enemy of the people. This is essentially admitting retribution for a debate Democrats got upset over.. and then doing so in an over the top biased fashion, allowing all of Kamala’s false statements to slide, while some of their “fact checks” ended up being incorrect. It’s borderline election interference and Americans should loathe our media members with every fiber of their being.
  15. It’s Tua’s decision and more power to him if he wants to come back, but man.. the Dolphins are basically held hostage at this point now. Theres really no way to properly build a team around a guy who’s a routine tackle away from missing multiple games at any moment and will have the retirement conversation brought up everytime time it happens. Tough spot for all involved.
  16. Because, of course they did…
  17. Not going to make any proclamations about the Jets after one week against an elite team. They should get Mike Williams more into the mix tomorrow to help out Garrett Wilson. Breece Hall is a beast. Rodgers arm is still elite. That said.. their OL better hold up because while Rodgers arm is still a cannon, the rest of his body looks washed. Hes looking to be a pure pocket passer at this point in his career. On defense, if they don’t figure out the Reddick situation, they let Huff walk.. Quinnen Williams is very good, but the rest of that DL is now very dependent on the development of Jermaine Johnson and Will McDonald. I suspect Tua will come back in a few weeks, but the Dolphins are the same team they’ve always been. Maybe OBJ and Chubb help them down the line, but they don’t solve the fact that they are soft in the trenches and good teams can exploit that.
  18. Kamala won the debate. Trump won the war. This is literally the only thing that anyone remembers from that night and we can joke all we want, but Trump just has to find a way to be palatable to some suburban moms who like his policies but hate his personality. This story, however it’s reached them, will be on their mind when they go to the voting booth. Everyone wants diversity and compassion until you’re worried it might be coming to your subdivision.
  19. Nah.. Tyreek Hill is a still a Top 5 WR in this league. Worthy is going to be good if he can stay healthy. His expected usage will be much higher than KC likely expected with Hollywood potentially done for the year. We’ll see how he holds up.
  20. Whenever Cole Bishop is ready, he needs to be on the field. The guy was drafted in the second round and was routinely an impact game changer for that Utah Defense. Hamlin & Rapp seem solid, which is fine. Bishop can be a playmaker back there.
  21. We came into the year with Milano, TB, Williams, Spector, Ulofoshio, Andreeson and Morrow. I can’t really fault him.. He’s doing what I think we should do - Draft an athletic LB in the middle rounds every year and keep developing depth that can eventually take over if we lose a guy. I think we’re fine with Williams and Spector until Bernard comes back.. especially if we go heavy dime most games - but if one of them goes down, we’re going really deep into the depth.
  22. How do Von’s incentives work? We would have to pay those out on next years cap, right? I think we save 8Mish if we move off of him next year. Although the way he’s playing, it probably makes more sense to keep him if he continues this.. even if only as a situational pass rusher.
