  1. Chiefs interested in Allen Robinson as per NFLN Not loving that..
  2. To be WR4. Line up in the 4-wide. Run jet sweeps/jet sweep action. Line up in the backfield/gadget player.
  3. Looks like McKenzie was signed to be WR4 with the contract news and smoke around Landry. Diggs-Landry-Davis would be a lethal 3-wide.
  4. Speak for yourself... he's not rising above Allen
  5. Chargers shooting their shot... yeesh. If they can't get to the Playoffs this year then there's something seriously wrong with that organization.
  6. Don’t care.. it’s a negotiating tactic.
  7. Honestly, with Kromer in the mix, I feel better now than I have in the past few years. Dawkins - Morse - Brown with Doyle and Ford as current depth doesn't have me worried on Day 1 of Free Agency.
  8. Williams is a solid player but it is kind of funny to look at the Giants Board and see them begging their FO to sign Williams & Feliciano. I don't blame them.. They aren't bad players, (Williams as a G and Feliciano as depth) but just makes you realize where we are in terms of personnel when two guys we cut are viewed as must-sign players for the fanbase of another team.
  9. I like the direction they seem to be taking so far. Klein, Feliciano, Williams (soon to be Beasley) are all decent players for how we used them, but all luxuries we can't really afford to be overpaying anymore with Allen's contract hitting. Now let's see if they turn the page and focus more on elite talent with backfilled draft picks, rather than above average everywhere but lacking difference makers.
  10. Iran firing ballistic missiles towards an area where our consulate is located and personnel live is semantics, given they didn’t actually hit the consulate. Initial reports from defense officials were all that missiles were fired towards the US consulate. Now the clean up is they were fired at civilian areas and/or mossad cells. I’ll apologize since the US Consulate didn’t take a direct hit, but I’m not saying this wasn’t a warning shot at us. You can believe whatever you’d like.
  11. This is the type of late night Free Agency talk I'm here for!
  12. This was a guy the Jets were really high on from reports.
  13. I mean his unretirement makes sense… He wants the Bucs to be able to sell players on playing with him.
  14. If we go WR in the 2nd Round, I don’t think we’d need to trade up. 3rd Round would potentially require us moving up to get who we want.
  15. Super weird tweet by Josh Reed… ”Not a lot of balls to go around after this…” Proceeds to list the same exact players as last year, minus two WR’s that played legitimate snaps.
  16. So, if this is true.. Chandler Jones ❌ Fletcher Cox ❌ Von Miller ❌ Rob Gronkowski ❌ Evan Engram ✅ Danielle Hunter ✅ Christian McCaffrey ✅ Saquon Barkley ✅
  17. This wouldn’t be Cleveland/Baltimore type 2 TE sets. Think Diggs and Davis out wide, Engram in the slot and Knox lined up off tackle.
  18. Engram plays primarily out of the slot. He’d be signed to play with Knox, not back him up.
  19. Yea. He’s a TE that basically plays the slot. He’s still a big body that can be utilized in certain 2-TE sets and will likely be more effective in the slot with Allen throwing to him, Knox in line and Diggs/Davis flanking him. Beggars can’t be choosers. We aren’t flush with cash. He’s a guy that we can hope to elevate.
  20. I don’t see any way Knox is not a long term Bill. Engram would basically give us a TE2/Slot to pair with McKenzie as Gadget/Slot. Dorsey could have a lot fun with a TE2 in 12 personnel who can line up in-line, then flex to the slot, with a slot who can flex to the backfield.
  21. I like McKenzie as WR4 and am hoping that’s what he’s signed as. WR4 in a pass heavy offense isn’t the same as, say, WR4 in Baltimore and Cleveland. If he’s our Day 1 slot, he needs to be better against zone coverage. I do trust that the FO thinks he can be.
  22. I’m actually really high on Engram. Shouldn’t break the bank and he could be a monster in this offense.
  23. This signing makes me think we’re out of the FA market for WR, but will likely take a WR early in the draft. Diggs-McKenzie-Davis is solid, but ideally McKenzie is WR4/gadget in a pass heavy offense. If he starts showing out against zone coverage, then we can re-evaluate him as primary slot.
