Okay.... I don't understand why people are mad. Bills don't call a TO then the Bucs snap the ball at 3 and get a no risk FG attempt. Bills call a TO and then the Bucs have to decide if it is woryh the risk. They miss and the Bills have it at the Bills 49. One play and they'll be in FG range

Unless it's McCaffrey or Chubb (pre-injury) I don't think there is a running back that changes the course of this season.

I mean the major difference is the Bills defense has been stout the last few years and the beginning lf this year. So when you walk into a game against the Jets or Patriots you could say play it safe: no turnovers, more rushing etc etc. Now? I think you go in saying you live with the turnovers because you can't trust the Defense at all.

I'm at a point where I believe the Bills live and die by Allen so they might as well let him start calling plays. I think the Bills only hope to salvage the season is to go up tempo and just try and outscore every team.

I think they are frontrunners. Get them out to a 10/17 point lead and they look unstoppable. Have them play from behind and it's over

I mean even if all that happens the Jets would have to run through 3 of: Chiefs, Ravens, Bengals, Steelers, Bills, Dolphins, Jags, Browns The AFC is like a cage match. Bengals/Jets/Bills/Browns at least two of those teams (maybe even 3) don't even make the dance.

Since we are all taking guesses on the Offense: 1. What is going on with the O-Line? It's a miracle Allen wasn't sacked 7/8 times. Allen had no time a lot 2. Gabe Davis? Dude is a complete waste. Bills need to make WR and O-Line their priorities. 3. Knox. He isn't worth what he is getting paid. I would like the Bills to trade him but I doubt any team takes him 4. The Bills should be practicing screen passes all week. It is the best way to freeze defenders if the running game isn't working 5. Can the Bills send Kincaid on a seam route a few times a game? 6. Allen needs to start having runs again. Teams have been sitting back more because he hasn't been rushing as much

It's like they don't know how to play situational football. Okay Pats have it on their own 25, down 3, 2 time outs, less than 2 minutes to go. Most teams play a soft zone to start. Keep everything in front of them and play for a long FG attempt. Bills blitz and get burned immediately

Have to focus on O-Line and WR. I wouldn't put any assets towards the defense until the Offense is loaded

Bills are already 30 million over the cap. They are going to have to dance around that for the foreseeable future

Let's pretend this happen in the off season. Bills get 3 1st round picks for Allen from the Giants. Bills will start exploring trades for Diggs and Knox (if possible). Bills will then draft a QB and invest in Offensive players for the majority of the next three drafts hoping they hit on a QB. Depending on how much success the Bills have during those years will determine if McDermott stays or goes. I do believe they replace him with an Offensive Minded HC after year 1 imo.

Step 1: Eliminate the Shotgun handoff Step 2: Figure out how to run a successful RB screen.... or WR screen Step 3: Allow Josh to audible plays.
