  1. Edelman is better at what he is, a complimentary WR2. Benjamin and Pryor have potential to be WR1s
  2. Given how much the Cardinals O line stinks, they won't have a choice. The guy is going to get smashed. I hope for his sake they have a good medical team to keep fixing him when he is broken in half every other snap
  3. I'd be utterly surprised if Rosen DIDN'T look great. No one would argue he wasn't the most pro ready QB in the draft. But he didn't fall to 10 on the grounds he wasn't a day 1 talent
  4. Yes they did. Their stadium was horrendous. And no they couldn't have got one where they did. That was the point of them moving
  5. You really can't compare the two. The Chargers old stadium was far far worse than New Era Field. They HAD to move, the Bills WANT to move, big difference.
  6. It's just to annoy you. Specifically you. It worked.
  7. Surely linking arms is a sign of respect? Look at other sports....go watch any rugby international, the players are arm in arm when the anthem plays. It's a sign of unity and respect. It's the opposite of what he is saying This new rule is even less clear than the catch rule. Which is impressive
  8. We were lucky to get a 5th for Dareus the way he has played in recent years and with his contract. With Ducasse we didn't have a starting Guard, that's kinda a problem don't you think? The fact Miller was so bad he didn't even make the game roster most weeks shows how desperate we were for a Guard last season We were completely right to get rid of Watkins. We would never have signed him to the contract the Chiefs did. Was 1 year of Sammy Watkins really worth a 2nd round pick and a year of EJ Gaines? No chance.
  9. And no full back or starting Guard....
  10. Of those, Hughes and Murphy are the only locks to make the roster. All the rest are basically auditioning for the remaining few spots
  11. You aren't getting Minnesota's offense though. You are getting an overated re-tread OC, worse receivers, a much worse O line and no run game. Add that to the career year Keenum had. Is that a recipe for a Keenum repeat?
  12. I still don't understand the Broncos. Trevor Siemian was better than of their current QBs and they got rid. They paid a journeyman QB silly money after he had 1 good season in a decade of terrible ones, yet somehow they are being praised. I absolutely expect them to be drafting top 3 in 2019. Joseph is a terrible coach who has never managed to create a good defense. They are going to be a disaster this season.
  13. I remember him being drafted. He had a load of talent but not much production. Worth kicking the tyres and maybe he works better here. There is room on the roster for backup edge rushers so does no harm to see what he is like
  14. Regardless of the reasons why the Jills dont perform. The simple question is, what do they add and why do you gain from having them?
  15. There is no way the teams will let it go back to the old days. No doubt they will change it a bit, maybe having more variation based on position, and maybe some more flexibility outside of headline numbers, but there is no way the league and teams will let it go back to the old way of doing it.
  16. Does anyone really care? Since the last agreement with the players apart from very rare occasions like Bosa all drafted players sign pretty quickly and the deal is basically a formality because the terms are so rigid. I know it's the off season but is it really newsworthy unless a player DOESN'T sign
  17. I don't think he was that bad. He was a bit independent and wanting the ball thrown his way, plus he was moaning and talking garbage, but he didn't really come across as having an attitude problem. Plus, it's edited for TV, they are going to show the more interesting bits.
  18. But apart from wasting cap money what do you gain from Dez? I'd rather just roll over the cap money than waste it on Dez.
  19. Maclin. If I want a WR who is old, slow and can't contribute, I want the cheapest one. Not on a NFL field he can't So he would fit in nicely by being more of the same?
  20. We are way off getting any comp picks, so little need to worry about it.
  21. No. The Broncos do. They traded away a solid starter in Siemian, and paid big money for a journeyman QB who has been garbage for all but 1 season in his career.
  22. After losing Wood and Incognito the chance of Alexander getting cut is virtually zero, a coaching staff that values leadership is going to get rid of an experienced leader after already the 2 guys mentioned
  23. People who just want to moan about the pick.
  24. The reply to the reply is even better.
  25. The Cardinals need to understand that putting a QB with a major injury history including multiple concussions behind their terrible O line is a 1 way ticket to ruining Rosen's career, just like the Colts with Andrew Luck
