  1. And Rosen has such bad pocket presence that he holds onto the ball forever and doesn't even throw it.
  2. But equally, it'll be a big attraction to some players. Look at other sports, like soccer and rugby, players relocate all over the world for long periods. The reality is now sport is a global industry, relocation is normal. I'm not saying it won't be an issue for some players, but undoubtedly it's being blown completely out of proportion. It's remarkable how perceptions of London change. A lot of players and journalists who come over comment on how much better it is than they expected.
  3. He has signed a Future-Reserve contract. Let the meltdown begin....
  4. That's probably the logical route if they want them in the East. If it were the Jags, I suspect they would just do a simple swap
  5. I don't see them touching the East divisions. They are too well established. The AFC South makes sense, and push the Texans into the AFC West.
  6. He has, and he hasn't. They've spent a lot of time, and there is a lot of social media stuff / events etc. But in terms of actual money, probably not that much, and little physical infrastructure and stuff. They could shut it all down tomorrow at little cost you suspect. Furthermore the Jags support seems to have peaked in London. They went from being in the bottom 25% in terms of supported teams in London, now they are in the 2nd 25% and if anything, last year and this year their support had fallen at Wembley. A lot of UK fans are sick of the endless Jags media attention in the UK
  7. You're about 7 years too late. They have been franchise testing year on year. For example, there is no longer a major event on Saturday, teams coming over to London and not having bye weeks after, different stadiums to Wembley, games on back to back weekends (and in the case of last year 3 back to back weekends), no pre game entertainment. They have been normalising the London game experience for a number of years. Far from being the 1st step, we are a long way down the road. I don't think most people in the US realise how far down the road the NFL has gone to a London franchise The commonly held view in the UK is actually it will be the Chargers not the Jags who move to London. It solves both the NFL's aspiration for a London team, whilst also solving the issue of the Chargers lacking support in LA.
  8. It is a weak QB draft. All 4 of those are weaker than all the top 4 last year. That Jones is being talked about in round 1 is laughable. There hasn't been a QB in years who screams career backup more than Jones
  9. Your free agency signings are completely unrealistic. A lot of teams have a lot of cap space. There is no way we'll get the top 2 O line and top WR available. We might get one of them Flacco to Washington makes little sense. They have aging QBs already. They might draft one and be done with the Smith era. But Flacco makes little sense.
  10. No. We have a massive hole at DT, Gary, or more preferably Oliver, would make huge sense
  11. Cheap, bottom of the roster depth, at multiple positions. Makes sense
  12. Statistically he's right in that they gave up the fewest sacks. Best is a broader judgement. But if not the best, certainly they were one of the top lines But equally to suggest because they are out the playoffs that is somehow a judgement on their O line seems a bit strange
  13. On what would provoke the biggest reaction.
  14. By top 3. You mean the 3 most reported in the media.
  15. Because it's not as simple as seeing someone and saying you'll sign them?
  16. Decent pedigree in recent years. The Colts line was fantastic last year, and the Raiders the the couple of years before.
  17. Are you seriously suggesting Rodgers will pay any attention to Hackett? He'll just call the plays he likes
  18. Isn't Aaron Rodgers the Green Bay OC?
  19. You mean the WR coaches WITHOUT Panthers connections?
  20. Actually I think it's a simple as some people just like moaning, regardless what the organisation does.
  21. How about we sign Mike Tolbert as O line coach? Do it for 1 day and then fire him, just for the amusement of watching some fans go crazy
  22. Never mind the National Media. Some Bills fans could do with realising that.
  23. No. Because McDermott and Beane have no connection to him. They were gone before he arrived.
