Question for the Liberals/Progressives on the Forum
njbuff replied to Foxx's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
I bet they are all nice people in real life though. Most politically insane people are actually pretty nice when they are away from the political table. -
The Media's Portrayal of Trump and His Presidency

Godzilla is a lot taller than 164 ft. It’s a conspiracy I tell ya. ? -
If I was drunk and first looked at the title of this thread.......... I would have thought it was a King Kong protest. ?

Rep. Elijah Cummings has passed away
njbuff replied to Chandemonium's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
This is what pisses me off. Can’t people, FROM ALL SIDES, just take a moment to pay respects to a man that held public office in this country? Instead, you get morons who use someone’s death to bash everyone else to Kingdom Come, purely for political gain. Sickening -

Jesus, they even use someone’s passing to grandstand politically. -

Week 16 - Bills and Pats up for a flex?
njbuff replied to Gavin in Va Beach's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I work at night, so the 16-game 1pm starts works for me. ? -
You should play the waiting game. If the Devils continue to be piss poor on the ice, which is very very likely as Shero continues to believe in Hynes, you can get Hall for pennies on the dollar instead of giving up the farm for him. I would take Reinhart, Risto and a top prospect, but you would be stupid to pull the trigger on this right now.
-
Makes no difference. Hynes should be gone NOW. He’s terrible and he has no idea how to manage a lineup. Hynes will be fired when it’s way too late. Plus, I would trade Hall for a quality Dman yesterday, even though Hall’s value is low right now. By the way, the Devils are the worst team in the NHL right now.

Are you people forgetting that the Bills have NINE new starters on O? We have to be patient.
-
Like I said, no matter where the Bills pick in 2020.............. they will have their hands on a quality prospect at the WR position, if that is where they decide to draft in the first two rounds.

Warren Moon got black balled, Colin is not.

Who gives a flying fluck where anyone has the Bills ranked on their stupid power rankings. This isn't college football where it does matter where you rank. I could care less if every stupid ranking list had the Bills 33rd on it.

This subject isn't beating a dead horse................ it's trying to crush the dead horse's soul. Plain and simple, if this asshat was a good QB, their would be some organization that would put up with his antics. Since he is a below average QB................... the antics don't equal the headache he will cause a franchise. Why is this so difficult for Colin backers to understand? Remember......... he lost his starting job to Blaine fvcking Gabbert for Pete's sake and THEN all the shenanigans started. That is all you need to know about CK as an NFL QB......... he lost his job to Gabbert. This story is DEAD.

Why would the Rams make a trade this drastic with their arrow pointing down right now? The answer to your problems isn't bringing in a CB and giving up TWO first round picks in the process. I don't understand this thinking at all. This is the kind of move that gets a team a new front office and coaching staff in two years. Weird move on their part and only time will tell if it actually does work out.

Reviewing the Bills and the State of the AFC - Week Six
njbuff replied to LeGOATski's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don't worry about that stuff. A lot can happen between now and the end of the season. I take it week by week and I only see what the Bills can control one week at a time. For now, the Bills can only control beating Miami and that is all I am worried about. For example, the Bills could beat Miami but come out of the game with a ton of injuries. So, where would that leave them then for the rest of the season? Can't predict outside the box circumstances the can derail any teams season. -
I'll give you credit for taking the bashing, but............. To pick your own team to go undefeated is as demented as it gets. You do realize that, don't you? For example, the Bills could have the PERFECT roster with the weakest schedule going into a season and I STILL would never pick my team to go unbeaten. NEVER.

New Wawrow article on the DUKE
njbuff replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Is this guy lost? What love? Bills fans wanted the Bills to sign him to the active roster to see what he has because Jones sucked. That is all. It's not love, it's wanting to improve the team. And Mr. Wawrow, the early returns are good. Just because 31 other teams didn't want him doesn't mean a darn thing. -
If T. Johnson ever stayed healthy, he could very well be the best slot CB in the game at the grand old age of 23. But, since he can’t stay on the field, he isn’t even in the discussion.

Would you be satisfied with Stafford's career for Josh?
njbuff replied to PUNT750's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If we are going to compare JA to MS, then that must mean the Bills will get screwed by the officials at every turn.
