And another petition: the no-huddle WORKS. When the offense is stagnant, they should give it a try more often.

We'll beat the Pats in Buffalo, if both teams stay relatively healthy from here on out. But I definitely want that to be a blowout now.

The tackling was abysmal. On that last screen to Stevenson, I practically lost count of the missed tackles. Not sure who it was that had the 1st crack at it, but he had perfect position and just had to wrap him up. It was like he just bumped into him & let him keep going He picked up 20+ yards after that. Without that, it's VERY likely a FG drive, OT and a much better chance for a W.

As some have said - don't hurdle. Slide. That's it. Otherwise, play ball. Play w/ joy & go w/ your instincts.

I hope another JA thread isn't annoying, and this has been said on a few other discussions - but Josh Allen went from being the most effective QB in the NFL on the ground, to NOT RUNNING AT ALL. If Dorsey & the offensive staff aren't meeting today, determining that their little "tell Josh not to run" experiment failed, and changing course, something is very wrong. It is as obvious and clear as anything that is wrong w/ the team right now. Allen is a top 10 QB as a passer. He is a top 2 QB as a passer and runner. Fix it.

We could be the Pats - whose fans reminded me so much of us, when Fitz beat New England that one year. It was, as they liked to say at that time, our "Super Bowl." And it was ultimately meaningless. But the shoe's on the other foot now. I can't believe how over the moon those fans were to beat the Bills yesterday. We have flipped the script.. Now, if we could just get a few SB's.

I'm more persuaded by how he looks breaking 3 tackles in the backfield and getting the ball downfield than in his facial expression on the sideline.

We tried the "hot team the 1st few months" thing last year. I liked when we were the hot team late in the season. Like you said, who knows? This might be how we are this year, and it could be 1 step forward, 2 back all season. But why not believe we can get hot?

This season is a wash…time to focus on rebuild m

This didn't deserve 2 vomits and 4 laughs. -

That was some kind of throw. And catch. -
Oh, no. This thread was bumped..

The Dolphins losing is the only thing that saves this day for me. I was looking forward to a good, easy Sunday too. The Chargers were going to finally get one against the Chiefs, the Bills were gonna continue their streak against a bad Pats team. I hate it when expectations reverse. -
A trade is the only way to save the season

That's a bit extreme in terms of projected wins. -
I don't think there are a lot of fanbases that can relate to the Bills fan experience. Every fanbase has some heartbreak & disappointment. But this is so far beyond. I've been a fan since the early '80s, and it's just astounding the haymakers I've had to pick myself up from. I think of Cubs fans, and Red Sox fans, before they won their titles. But I can't think of too many others. I'm not gonna fold, though. I felt close to it today, but just a few hours later, I'm back up again. And I hold out because when we do get one, it will be one of the sweetest moments of my life. No Pats fan under the age of 40 or so could possibly relate, despite the ridiculous success they've enjoyed.

I'm in full pessimism mode today. Unusual for me. But, just - no.

RELAX! This may be a good thing for the Bills.

I appreciate the OP. I think this is a genuine post. I have a thing w/ Pats fans that years of therapy wouldn't help. But PatsFanNH is one of the good ones. -
3 games in a row, we don't really start playing until the 2nd half. That's gotta be on the coaches. There is plenty of blame to go around, but it starts there.

I'd love to be one of those guys who can say "I'm out" and really not be a fan anymore. I'm sick of this. Can't do it, though. It would be like trying to walk away from my name, or one of my appendages. I'm a lifer, for better or WORSE.

The line was better most of the year so far - but they were trash today. Without doubt, Allen was rushed most of the game. I thought Allen was alright today, though. He made plays when he needed to. The slow starts are starting to become a pattern, so hopefully they can fix that. And they have to let Allen run again. They have to let him be the guy who teams feared. They're taking away half of his game. -
I was going to start this same thread. Word for word. Thanks for saving me some time. I've been nothing but hope - but I'm rattled today. And I'm tired. So much heartbreak, so little reward - especially for us older fans. It takes a toll, and makes you wonder if you're spending your time the best way.

I was. I tried to gloss it over. Those are devastating injuries. Maybe you can have 1 or even 2, but it was too much. -
If you are the owner and you decide to get rid of one

We'd be on our 3rd coach w/ Trump by now. Not that this would be a good thing. -

I don't know. I'm usually among the most optimistic - but something is wrong here.. We're not as good as the top teams. That's just reality right now. -
Watching the Chiefs game. Bills no where near them.

We were like that the 1st few weeks. We're an average D now. Maybe Oliver coming back will give us more of an edge, but we've lost too many key guys
