I know Kirk very well. I have watched him more than you so you will not be able to have a more informed opinion. Kirk was anti-DEI. He was for merit based hiring. I don't understand why you are so against merit based hiring. If there is a DEI program, he knows not everyone was hired on merit based. In safety positions, in dangerous to lower the standard. He would not have felt uncomfortable with an airline that didn't have DEI policies because he knows that they went through the same hiring process. This is the BS that was falsely spread and why he was shot. How does this racist man have so many minority support? Let me guess, blacks who support Kirk are wrong?
