Updated Beasley signing to practice squad
Patrick Duffy replied to Niagara Dude's topic in The Stadium Wall
Thanks....I kinda had a feeling it would be a good chance of it. When you see some other players signing with different teams and playing 48-72hrs after it kinda seems it's be much easier in this case since Beasley is no stranger to this offense and QB -
What was the furthest you traveled to see the Bills play?
Patrick Duffy replied to Another Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
As for driving I traveled 13 hours one way from my location for at least one game a year every year for the longest time. Haven't been able to get back to OP the past few years but hope that will change in the near future. -
Updated Beasley signing to practice squad

I've been having trouble with my internet going out and waiting on technician for repair, so sorry if it's been mentioned already.... but any word on the possibility of him playing Saturday? -
Week 15: Dolphins at Bills on Saturday Night Football
Patrick Duffy replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yeah it's been pretty interesting for sure..... Regarding the statement in bold, there are some that have different feeling/opinions about Bease returning.....however imo this is or may turn out to be a BIG move impacting the offense for the better. Or maybe a bigger move than some are expecting it to be. Speaking for myself, it's fairly clear that there's a little bit of a drop in confidence in some of the WRs outside Diggs. And with the signing of Beasley returning I believe the chemistry between he and Allen will not have lost a step. That's the main advantage of this, he knows this offense and knows Allen and I think this will take away some of the pressure off Diggs for sure -
Week 15: Dolphins at Bills on Saturday Night Football

This point of the season each of these last few games are must wins as far as locking up Home Field throughout....that said I feel pretty confident Bills players/staff have a fresh memory of how the last game went when these 2 met each other. Bills will be ready and eager to even the score -
Week 15: Dolphins at Bills on Saturday Night Football

This is a fantastic explanation describing how Chargers defended Fins against their "go to" play they use the most and defended quite well to the point Tua and co. struggled adjusting to. And we can probably expect Frazier to implement a little something similar into Bills D plan here and there. -
Why couldn't they win out? Don't know if they will or not but I don't see why you think there's "no chance in hell" they couldn't. They went through a little slump last season and worked their way out of it only to win out the last few games. Who's to say it won't happen again? It's not blind homerism for people to think the reality is that it's certainly possible

Dawkins out tomorrow against the Pats
Patrick Duffy replied to Spiderweb's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yeah he has done a lot more blocking this season. I'd like to see him used in the passing game more though. -
Terrell Owens knocks out man at CVS; claims self-defense

Sometimes you just have to knock a m-ther f--ker the hell out. -
Von hopes to be back vs the Jets, source seems legit
Patrick Duffy replied to Process's topic in The Stadium Wall
Not so much with M.White at QB. Seem to click better with him. That being said, that horrible offense with Z. Wilson moved the ball well enough on Bills D to get a win. If he can come back against Jets then play him. This is a 3 division game stretch with Bills 0-2. -
But I heard he's signing with the Bills from a reliable source that resides in the Niagra area

Well when Hyde went down I knew that alone would be a major loss that would hurt the defense. I recall some posters saying it wouldn't be much of a drop off from Hyde to Hamlin/Johnson, which ever it was. Was baffling to me how many there was that actually believed that. Hyde being one of the best S, if not the best in the NFL, when losing a player of that magnitude common sense should tell you it's going to be a pretty major drop off. There's no back up on the roster that can make up for what Hyde does in this defense.

He's not talked about much regarding this game, but I for one wouldn't be surprised the least bit if McK has a good game. He seems to be the Patriot killa putting up good numbers against the Pats recently
-
Not necessarily....confidence could come from the bad INTs because it started before he hurt the elbow. Also as I assume you saw how Josh reacted after those INTs during the Packers and Jets game. Clearly it got to him way more than it should have the way he reacted.

Sometimes you just have to take the next random thought that pops in your head and make a thread of it.

Could very well be, also could be other things I mentioned along with it.

I'm not saying it isn't a factor. It has been to some degree. I think the Vikings game it was more of an issue than Lions game. One would have to consider he no longer wears the protective sleeve for a week or more which makes it seem it's not as bad as it was.

It's not going to buy time if the Oline can't hold up long enough for the play to develop. That's my point....we hve been seeing Josh run for his life lately and now Dawkins is out.
-
I get it, I'd love for the screen game to begin to have some success. As for the flea flicker, I don't know how much confidence I'd have that the Oline would hold up enough for that. Specially right now with Dawkins out
