Personally, I loved Gailey's offense.

So when he sees them AND throws them the ball he is pretty accurate. Thats a good thing. Now he has to throw the ball more often to them.

He has done alright earlier in the season, I agree. These last two weeks he has whiffed or gotten knocked aside.

I think the Jags, Giants, and Pats defense are better than people are giving them credit for. Daboll knows our stuff. Belichick sees us twice a year. I also think that Josh is in his own head and thinking too much because of the coaches trying to make him Brady. Lastly, I think our O is a bit predictable and that eventually gets picked up on. Well one last thing... once a weakness is exploited, every defense will follow suit. The Bills haven't adjusted. Mostly though, the Bills just need to let Josh be Josh and play football. He thinks to much and just needs to play. It also doesn't help that when he does make a play, unless it's to Diggs someone probably screws it up. Outside of the Jets game, I haven't cared about his turnovers. The Jets game though they were costly. It kept points off the board and we didn't need much to win.

Cool. I am sure other people agree too. Pretty easy to see. I didn't hear it on WGR if that is what you are implying. I don't really listen to them much except when I am bored in the car but I hardly leave home so thats almost never.

The problem is that he has been terrible in pass pro/blitz pickups lately. Can't just put him in to run or it's too obvious. However, he has been fantastic with the ball mostly.

Sorry, I disagree. Josh has had a bad oline most of his career. He just use to escape it better. This year his throws on the run are terrible compared to years past. He is not making those throws much. He is not picking up those third and forevers as much. He is not picking up first downs with his feet much when the play breaks down and he has daylight in front of him. Not even trying to. He is also very timid in his throws. Not taking them. His balls are not quite the rockets we are used to seeing either. The coaches have his head all messed up. That to me is regression. I don't care what the stats say.

How weird would it be for a team that tried to replace a player for a few years, finally do so, then turn around and use a draft pick to get him back.

can’t really disagree much and not saying this will happen, especially on a short week, but this is the type of game the Bills blow other team out. Right about when they have played so bad they have a lot of doubters lol.

Yes, I think Elam is a good player that just wasn't brought into the right system or coaching. I could be wrong and maybe he is just dumb or lazy but he is a damn good athlete.
