It's a complete waste to re-up Cooper if he's not going to see the amount of targets to justify his contract. Another rookie needs to be drafted with the intentions of becoming a future #1. Higgins showed FAR more promise than Coleman in his rookie season and Cinci still turned around and drafted Chase the following year. The Bills need a difference maker at the position.

Unfortunately he has peaked, it seems. Taking Shakir into account, there are better fits out there for him. A team like the Cowboys could really use him.
