Yeah but the Bills were like especially the Patriots whipping boy. Tom Brady only lost two legit games to Buffalo, one in 2003 and the other one in 2011. Miami at least had a winning home record vs the Patriots in that span

I had this conversation about a card our family got. It said What A Year on it and listed all these members accomplishments for the past year. I told my folks my first reaction was it’s not subtly bragging about themselves when these are challenging times for many. Wasn’t in the best taste imo. But then again my personality slants to misanthrope by nature so there’s that 😂

5-10 years ago it would have felt very good this win. I still recall in 2012 the Bills losing to a 5-7 NFC opponent at home (the Rams) which ended the season. That stung. But you know rightfully so fans expectations are higher now. So yeah the win feels good. But the ultimate goal is higher. If the Bills play like they did today next week will they beat NE? I'll leave that up to you to answer. But to me that's what I'm looking for

I still remember those Giant teams well as they were local. 10-6 in 2007 and 9-7 in 2011. So like the Bills this year they were decent teams but turned it on at the right time to go on epic playoff runs to win the Super Bowl. Giants had a bad loss in the middle of the 2007 season against Minnesota where there fans thought Eli was a bust. But had a very respectable last game of the year versus the undefeated Pats where they got momentum. Then one Giant loss in the Super Bowl! So why can’t this loss to the Bucs propel the team going forward? Also Giants we’re 7-7 in 2011 and underachieving before everybody’s favorite big mouthed ex coach inspired them to not only beat the Jets but propelled them through another epic Super Bowl run. So why not the Bills? Everybody loves Josh. I think he has it in him to lead a Super Bowl run. He’s being certainly compensated as that The Man. so yeah I Billieve

They still have my respect for the time as being as a top team even if not for long. Bills beat the Chiefs on their turf as well. My point being despite the year being frustrating I don't think the Bills are that far from being #1 in the East

At 7-5 now yeah the team hasn't met my expectations when the year started and pretty much most fans. The one thing positive I would say is this: it seems the skill/talent/ whatever you want to call it level between the Bills and the cream of the crop of the AFC is less this year. Meaning the Chiefs beat the Bills in regular season last year and pretty handily in the AFC Championship. Looks like New England and Tennessee are the top dogs in the East this year. Both Bills games between the two were very close.

The individualistic aspect of running appeals to me and probably others. You know you set your own goals kind of thing. Yeah running, jogging or walking can get boring but I usually feel better afterwards

I started doing a 5k on the treadmill as it’s a programmed exercise on it at the gym. I’ll try and get more and more faster as the month goes. I’ll see how that is Yeah it’s kind of like a last dance/rodeo kind of thing just depending how it goes/how I feel afterwards
