Not sure how the whole team goes to the crapper in one offseason.

I'm not sure I get why McCarron was traded. He was the veteran to protect the rookie. You trade him and you are stuck with a rookie and a second year player that had the worst first year of anything in the modern era, what could go wrong?

Take our Oline coach for one, he had our line as a top one in the league, we fired him and now he has the Rams producing. Just look at Gurley with and without him.

I think the Rams are light years ahead of us on positional coaches

Is there anyway we can get Aaron Kromer back. Complain all you want about the players but if it is a beatdown these guys don't know how to control the line of scrimmage but they did 2 years ago. I know names have changed but even last year they were regressing.

You are absolutely right. I don't think as bad as some thought that it could be this bad. Outplayed and outcoached on every side of the field. We couldn't even say we punted well. The little spark we had was provided by rookies

How some people forget about how much of a laughing stock the Bills were last year when they traded one starting CB and Watkins and let Gilmore sign with the enemy. We were lucky to get 2 wins. We didn't win the offseason but before a game is played if you are a fan you should maintain some type of optimism.

I'm not sure if he will be anywhere near as good but totally in the mold of Kyle and Fred.

Sam Rogers is the FB version of Fred Jackson. He will grind and grind and doesn't give up on plays. People count him out but he tries the hardest. He can run a little and really does a little of everything. Missing the catch wasn't the main problem, batting it up so the other team could catch it was.

I don't think there was any bigger mistake than firing Polian. He would have most likely gotten us a Super Bowl win and just look at how many on his staff went on to be GMs, Gettlemen, AJ Smith, Telesco, Butler, etc. when we could have drafted Russell Wilson.....

IMO Cam Phillips will be more able to be that guy than those two.

I agree with this. Protect the QB and giving him someone to throw to will be paramount. At least we got a QB and a leader of our defense.

He actually appeared more as a crybaby that didn't get his favorite rattle. Not worried about his success if that is how it translates to the locker room. I am disappointed with Allen but I think he might have been the best left. Like Ryan Leaf over Peyton Manning? Or JP Losman over Eli Manning?

Unfortunately Taylor forced the Bills hand and there was a lack of options on the team so by default Peterman was it. Tyrod went through a stretch where he wasn't running and he was afraid to throw. I'm not sure McDerm would have done things differently if he looked back and had a second shot because there was nothing else to do.

I have long held this belief that Mills while not a great player had much more to give that day but I think if that is what truly happened Mills would have been cut the next day. If that's what happened that would show the character of Mills allowing for Peterman to get hurt. I hate that the media jumped all over Peterman and McDermott when it was obvious his protection was flat out garbage, Peterman couldn't even take a 5 step drop before someone is in the backfield in his face. However at that point Peterman should have taken sacks and not just lofted them up.

A lot of our free agents aren't signing so I'm guessing we are getting some of them back. LB, CB, WR, Oline (especially interior) and QB. I think we look solid everywhere else and I'm guessing the draft will take care of most of it.

I'm guessing Daboll was trying to grab some Alabama guys and maybe this is one of the few he was allowed to bring or maybe Daboll knows more about him that shows he has real promise as a coach.

The question to ask is was he really that good the year before. We can improve that position but it isn't necessary. Vlad will start because of Castillo though
