Well this has turned into quite the game. If the Bills don't pull this one out we will be reliving the 2008 season.

I expected this, the Bills are a team that’s improving but not consistently good. Still got an easy schedule and a great chance at 10 wins.

Canada is heating up at twice the rate of the rest of the world. Sure, our climate protects us from the most severe consequences but we are dealing with effects nonetheless (forest fires, extreme heat waves, etc.). No, Canada won't have an impact on global emissions by simply meeting our targets, we are obviously too insignificant of a contributor, but that isn't an excuse to do nothing. I don't know what you're on about in your conspiracy theory train of thought, but carbon pricing is our best path to innovation, whether those breakthroughs come in alternatives (nuclear, solar, etc) or efficiencies in extraction of oil. There was plenty, you just had to seek it out.

I’m just visiting as Canadian politics is interesting for a few hours.

I don’t see the popular vote as irrelevant. 2/3 of the country voted for a progressive party, for parties that had an actual climate plan. The Con vote total is impressive, best they have ever done I think. But even with the progressive parties split it wasn’t enough to overcome a seat driven democracy.

Another perspective is that urban areas voted progressively, while rural areas voted conservatively. And that tweet provides no reference to the claims. Seems like pure speculation on the numbers. The link just discusses immigrant population, and nothing about last night’s vote.

I think the poor showing is because Trudeau has shown himself to be a fool. Scheer couldn’t take advantage because he failed to deliver a plan on the biggest issue, climate change. NB Premier Higgs just announced he is going to drop the fight against carbon pricing and fall in line after the election showed a majority support action.

Wow, somehow you managed to pump Trump's tires and take a shot at the media while discussing the Canadian election, impressive. The election was lost by big oil failing to give an inch on climate change, trotting out their puppet with no climate policy and hoping that strategy could win one last election.

I kind of just want the Jets to lose so they are even further out of the picture.

The O sucks, simple as that. I know 4-1 makes it seem like they are good enough to compliment a great D, but they aren’t.

I was just checking to make sure somebody gave props to the O-line for dealing with a lot of issues and still coming thru.

I get annoyed with some crucial calls by our guy but that Vrabel call is so bad.

I feel so bad for Tennessee on that missed call and the resulting FG miss....

The saddest part is nobody is surprised by that BS call.

I was in agreement after watching the hit live but when I viewed the second angle of the hit I didn't think is was grounds for a fine or suspension. It's completely on Allen to learn to slide and avoid contact like that.

I’m available...was planning to trim my plants but I’m a team player. Noodle arm, 6.31 forty time, but I know when to slide.

I think people are concerned, me included, because we aren't getting competent play from our offensive or special teams units. The offence has improved but we started with the second to last ranked unit from last year, so improving to say 23rd in the league is a nice jump but still means our D has to hold teams to under 20 points to win, which isn't a good scenario. Our ST unit is still bottom 1/3 of the league, probably worse when the updated DVOA ranks come out tomorrow. Could we beat any of those teams, sure. Would we be favoured to win any of those games, no.
