Oakland has large outdoor stadium and indoor coliseum in same parking lot right on the. BART. train line. Saw a lot of concerts there and a couple of baseball games, bad neighborhood though, nothing to do after the game but get the hell out of there.
Further south on Ohio St. is where kids (including me and my friends) would party and race cars in the 70's. Cars would line both sides of the street to party and motorheads would race down the middle. I know folks that own property on the lake out there and some First Ward folks that would be happy with that location.
Not sure who to root for but I think the Chargers will win and win the division. Chiefs losing also helps draft obviously and I think if the Bills can somehow win 2 of 3 the Titans and Ravens will be the teams vying for wild card spots. Who knows? Gotta win Sunday first.
Looking at the schedule there might be 4 teams at 9-7 fighting for 2 spots. Just hoping the Bills can win a couple and get in the mix.
I remember OJ running for 230 or so in heavy snow against the jets. My brothers and playing tackle in the snow on the steep hill of the ramps at halftime.
Throw to McCoy. I really hope Dennison is gone after this year. I know everything is hard in this weather but his play calling shows no imagination whatsoever.
I left for the west coast 35 years ago and I love going back to Buffalo, my wife from Oregon loves it too. We tell people it is a beautiful city and region with fun loving people. I think a lot of us had to leave for economic reasons and it is hard to relocate once established. The article was garbage and the Bills are never leaving Buffalo. Now if they could get really good again and cheer up this fan base.☺
I am sure you are right that many would, luckily many still care about fair play and sportsmanship (not sure how many of the Pats fans). I am glad Tre was not more seriously injured.
I have heard he is arrogant and not universally liked by his teammates and I don't think he would do well in the cold or be durable. Hoping the Bills dont go for him, hope they avoid Allen as well. 56% comp 2 yrs in a row in a weak conference is not very impressive.
Your expression was way off. Same with your bet. I am a fan of the team and the game. A lot of us are not fanboys of star players or purchasers of jerseys, also the integrity of the game is far more important than any idol worship. No, I don't own any jerseys and if I was a pats fan with an 87 jersey I would not feel proud wearing it. The guy needs mental help and roid rehab.
Do you think the Bills are a qb away or do they need a lot more talent as well? The o line, d line, lb, wr etc all need infusion of talent for next year. Who is the guaranteed star qb to bet this draft on?
Top 5 in order of comp % ? 4 yd check downs pad that stat. How about in order of 3rd down passing conversion rate? Bet that stat tells a different story.
Taggart saying he was up front and honest with his players while they are on twitter calling him a liar. Did the same thing his two schools before Oregon. Should have known better when they hired him. Great recruiter but average game coach imo.
You build a great o line and a lot of qbs and rbs look good. Add in a good defense and you win a lot of games. A qb can only take a team so far by himself. A few good veterans will be available. I wouldn't spend too much draft capital moving up.
