I really hope the fish trade for him. Flores is already on the verge of losing the team and this would admit they forfeit this season and next. The PR nightmare would be a whole other thing to deal with for the locker room and organization. not only that, but to forfeit all of those picks too? That franchise would be set back another half decade or so. They already lost their first round pick to the eagles this year, imagine them not having firsts for the next couple years, no QB for the next couple years, and a brand new front office and coaching staff. Hell it’s like they’d become the Texans! Bill Obrien must be working in that organization somewhere I also wanted to add that I was right, Flores is a terrible manager. Some of y’all laughed at me liked idiots so I wanted to say I told you so. that man has been nothing but toxic for that organization and has set them back for years.

My issue with him is his lack of adjustments. You should always be trying to find an answer. The fact he gave up on the defense pisses me off

I’m not trolling. McD didn’t have a defensive game plan tonight and he certainly wasn’t ready for a 2 minute drive.

Yes he was wrong to not have confidence in the defense. The defense has pitched two shut outs. It’s his specialty, his guys, and his fault. Every drive is a new one and he stopped trying to make adjustments. He might have lost some of the defense after tonight.

I knew going for it was a mistake. McDs decision making on that last drive were terrible and concerning. 1. calling TO when you have the defense reeling with 45 seconds left was stupid. 2. Ofc I’m going to say not kicking the FG was dumb. I knew it was from the get-go. Not kicking the FG shows McD truly had no answer and/or did not want to adjust the defense. He sounds weak in his press conference tonight too. Very nonchalant and its very strange

They just need to let the players play post snap. call all the pre snap penalties and after the whistle penalties you want, but let the players determine what happens during the play. The holding and PI stuff is so subjective and one sided some times that it kills game.

It is incredible. They took an organization that was in loser limbo and turned it around to a perennial contender. we went through so many coaches and GMs before and now I almost expect to win every game. so many organizations still can’t get it right. Look at the afc east, the nfc north, the afc south etc. the lions are still in the hell the bills were. it’s hard to believe how fast McDermott was able to coordinate, lead, and manage a whole organization out of hell Just wanted to add. McDermott needs to put out a book about turning trash into treasure
