  1. Doing the math (I have no idea what the buy price was) at the current share price of $3,401.80 that = $155,645,957.20
  2. I think that is insane. That kind of money is for more than the education, it is for the connections. I am not certain a zoom class gets you those kind of friendships that help later in life. (thread)
  3. Not Trump, buuut... Clinton judge. He dismissed the case, appeals court sent it back to him, and now he is letting it move forward... The editorial referred to a January 2011 shooting where six people died and Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords was seriously wounded, and said Palin's political action committee had before that shooting circulated a map that put 20 Democrats including Giffords under "stylized cross hairs." Sarah Palin can sue New York Times for defamation: court ruling A federal judge on Friday rejected the New York Times' bid to dismiss Sarah Palin's defamation lawsuit over a 2017 editorial she said falsely linked her to a mass shooting. U.S. District Judge Jed Rakoff in Manhattan said that while much of Palin's case was circumstantial, it was strong enough for a jury to find the Times and former editorial page editor James Bennet acted with "actual malice by clear and convincing evidence." in publishing the editorial. Rakoff scheduled a Feb. 1, 2021 trial. </snip>
  4. I don't know who did the redirect. I wonder if namecheap can put the kibosh on it or not?

  6. Judge voids 50,000 absentee ballot requests in Iowa county The ruling marks an initial victory for Trump's challenges to absentee voting procedures in three counties in Iowa, which is expected to be a competitive state. A judge ordered an Iowa county Thursday to invalidate 50,000 requests for absentee ballots, agreeing with President Donald Trump's campaign that its elections commissioner overstepped his authority by pre-filling them with voters' personal information. Judge Ian Thornhill issued a temporary injunction ordering Linn County Auditor Joel Miller to notify voters in writing that the forms should not have been pre-filled with their information and cannot be processed. Instead, they'll have to either fill out new requests for absentee ballots or vote on Election Day. </snip>
  7. I have my doubts about this number. If this is true, that would be the end of the democratic party. He does say it was Rasmussen, and Rasmussen did RT this though:
  8. I hope he did not speak too soon: Wheeler's response:
  9. Ok, so here is what I found: Could the suspect carry the rifle legally? Under Wisconsin statutes that say anyone under 18 who "goes armed" with any deadly weapon is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor, Kyle Rittenhouse, 17, was not old enough to legally carry the assault-style rifle he had. But John Monroe, a lawyer who specializes in gun rights cases, believes an exception for rifles and shotguns, intended to allow people age 16 and 17 to hunt, could apply. Tom Grieve, a Milwaukee defense lawyer who also specializes in gun cases, agreed the exception might apply beyond hunting, but said that part of the law is poorly drafted. He said he would argue to apply a rule of law that interprets ambiguous criminal statutes in favor of the defendant. </snip>
  10. It is not his defense attorney. It is the attorney who found him defense counsel. I think with all the video out there, it will definitely depend upon the jury. That guy who had his arm blown off statement about wishing he had killed him does not help the prosecution.
  11. There is a gun thread that the guys there would be able to help you with this question. My husband may be loaded for bear and licensed in a lot of states, but I am not. I do know there is a difference between a long gun and a pistol. I know that kids can hunt with a long gun. Having it loaded and walking down the street though? No idea. Gun thread to ask in. Hopefully, they can help you.
  12. You had made the assertion that they were "trying to take the firearm he was illegally in possession of." Now, we will not go into the how silly it is to think the people chasing him down to do him harm (see below, bottom tweet I could not pull the first one out of the quote for some reason) would know or care whether or not the firearm he carried was legal or not. I was merely pointing out to you that the attorney who helped him secure defense counsel stated that the weapon had not crossed state lines, and was therefore not "illegal."
  13. Considering what else I saw them tweet out this morning, this must be shaping up to be a blow-out for Trump in Michigan (they have Biden up by 10 and 13 on a national level numbers.... ummm sure ?). So ratcheting up more riots, harassment, and looting will switch these people over to Biden?
  14. Who honestly sees these riots, the stand-down orders from mayors and governors in "blue" cities and states which allows this chaos and madness to continue and thinks, "I am gonna change my vote from Biden to Trump now!"?
  15. warning, graphic
  16. "These people were unhinged"
  17. "tolerant left" I would like to know how a megaphone in someone's ear is not physical harm?
