  1. Pamela Karlan (Stanford) She thinks Trump is guilty and is insulted by Doug Collins opening statement. Another "winner."
  2. Noah Feldman (Harvard Law)... whoa... yeah, he's gonna connect with the average American. Douchebag with a capital "D". He thinks Trump is guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors.
  3. Doug Collins is babbling... but this was funny "America will see why most Americans don't go to law school." There are no fact witnesses over the next few days.
  4. Holy crap.... Russia + Trump + Mueller. Jerry's opening statement has Trump colluding with Russia to throw the 2016 election. And, Nadler is disingenuously calling this an "impeachment proceeding".
  5. One of her tweets ? ? ? Since impeachment started, more and more foreign service officers are heading toward the door, afraid that Marie Yovanovitch’s fate will befall them.
  6. I'd love to see that!! Instead of a "Oh, the Patriots are #1 again" the final few weeks would be a cage-match for #1. That would be fantastic.
  7. Ah, they have been (FT) implicated in billions of dollars of money laundering (there is an enormous world-wide money laundering scandal going on right now that the American press is completely ignoring). The details are in PPP somewhere, or try duckduckgo for some European news stories.
  8. Hannity's ticktock? Paul Sperry's breaking? Yes, it can get old. Click-bait headlines are the bane of our existence these days. I have been following for close to three years and I know I am impatient for this to come to indictments and trials for the soft-coup brigade. And, you did not see the tweet I embedded in that post? You quoted it, so I thought you read it.
  9. Er, I think you missed the Franklin Templeton + Ukrainian Money Laundering + Schiffy part of that tweet.
  10. For all I know he beat the guy with his camera and is guilty as sin. And, for all you know, Chad Kelly did nothing, the guy tripped over his own two feet and fell down smashing his face and camera in the process, and has convinced an attorney to sue on his behalf in exchange for 40% of the proceeds. IOW, we do not know what happened. And, there is a presumption of innocence in this country rather than, "Look what he DID." You have a good day now. ?
  11. "If" is the operative word. A lot of famous and/or wealthy people pay "just go away" money to people who may/may not deserve it to make the accuser er, go away. It reduces attorney fees, usually results in an NDA, shortens any bad publicity, gets rid of the situation, etc. There are numerous reasons to pay someone off that do not necessarily include guilt (although guilt can, of course, be a reason).
  12. Assuming Chad did the alleged (innocent until proven guilty), and the doctor was competent (no idea), the guy will get a settlement if only to make this go away. I do question why Chad Kelly was not charged with assault if there is the "solid proof".
  13. When I read this yesterday I thought "what took him so long?" Whether or not Chad did anything to the guy, you had to know how was going to sue. Probably took this long to get an attorney willing to take the case. ?‍♀️
  14. If Horowitz did indict someone, I would be astounded, and so would everyone else who knows what his limitations are . But, I am sure there are goofballs out there that think he should. And, that this is more than simply the DOJ (FBI) OIG report. And they will be bitching and moaning come Monday morning that no one is being goosestepped into the gulag, and the "msm" will be singing the "seeeeeeee nothing criminal happened" refrain that the lofos will buy into. ******* Here's a chart:
