    I get all of that, just making a point to those that think Kaep is a clear winner here. I dont think thats necessarily the case. He may get money, but in this instance the NFL knows how much it hurts (I am sure when this started they had a figure) and they get to keep it all confidential.

    I said this in the other thread but will say here, if the decision was coming in less than a month (final decision from an arbitrator per the article), and he had the league by the balls, why settle? I dont think it was as clear cut as many think

    I dont like the idea of using a national emergency to do it, as like you said it sets a bad precedent. I am also wondering why he waited to have the bill passed before he sent out the declaration, there has to be a reason
