  1. We were probably due for another high end draft pick on a DB even before this injury. Id be shocked if one of the first two picks in 2024 isn't a DB. Really torn up watching Tre deal with the emotions of realizing he's right back in the thick of it with all of the rehabbing day in and day out. After just getting through it all and thinking it's behind him. Similar feelings with Chubb sustaining the same sort of injury again to his knee. Hate to see it
  2. You are not out of line for noticing this. The quality of all mainstream content that is on before the game, at halftime, and after the game has never been worse. The standards for what is professional or acceptable for mass consumption has degraded to the point of being unlistenable if not embarrassing or uncomfortable. You shouldn't have to put it on mute or go listen to a podcast
  3. Signed up for the three month trial today because of this post. Holding you personally responsible for all advertising texts, calls, and emails over the next six months
  4. Outside corner is such a cornerstone position in the NFL team building process. That's a massive season changing blow, just awful
  5. Because our run balanced strategy is going to produce more 3rd downs and we are getting less in chunks. Also defensive fatigue benefits their speed more
  6. Our offensive dominance in this game seems less sustainable than theirs. Hopefully they can scheme something up quickly because I don't like this sort of game for us
  7. I honestly think they performed admirably all three games. Josh didn't seem comfortable behind them in the Jets game and didn't step around well in the pocket. He made them look worse than they were and moved into pressures multiple times. Him trusting the pocket to hold is a part of the process alongside their actual performance in protection. He seems to get progressively more comfortable having an actual offensive line in front of him.
  8. Music piracy has been reduced substantially by providing viable services at prices that people will pay for to have convenient access. Obviously this isn't the case for the NFL, who have consumer unfriendly offerings at prices beyond what most are willing to pay. The technology for stream sharing exists, it's accessible, but it's less convenient than a paid option. Clearly a large group of potential customer base would rather deal with that then pay $400+ for an incomplete service. The solution to capturing this revenue seems obvious enough.
  9. I mean when someone admittedly struggles to afford a seat in the 300 level and can't see anything past the thick cloud of envy surrounding them, they'd probably feel like the legend of the game with a 50% off coupon to Golden Corral.
  10. Who do you think actually buys all of the suites at major league sporting venues? It's all business entertainment paid for by corporations and the people sitting in them don't pay a dime for anything. Sorry not everybody works at Arby's with you and gets upset when anybody else has standards commensurate with the situation in question.
  11. Yes, all expenses paid including transportation to and from, food and drinks, etc. I don't think the money even comes into play here in the slightest. He's a former pro bowl caliber NFL player from the modern Era, some free drinks and cafeteria quality food isn't even moving the needle when you live that lifestyle. It's a respect thing, and they used him for promotional gameday entertainment on the field and then gave him THAT view? Big insult. I'm sure when they are giving free stuff to the politicial families they need hundreds of millions of dollars of funding from, they wouldn't make that mistake. I can't imagine taking an everyday business client to that suite with a straight face, let alone your legend of the game NFL football player
  12. On the plus side, if she is dead she doesnt have to sit through the T Mobile commercial with the gagworthy singing and dancing every 10 minutes
  13. I get a better suite seat as a run of the mill office worker who nobody has ever heard of. Meanwhile he was specifically Invited as a legend of the game, and he was a tremendous player for Buffalo during a not so great patch of their history. He's not a lifelong Bills fan, and he's not poor enough to just be happy to be there. It's insulting and unprofessional by whoever is making those decisions for the stadium. I have no issue with him pointing it out
  14. I mean I guess he could have bought the appropriate seats for the situation from scalpers on the way in too for that matter.
  15. It's a bad look and bad execution but I doubt the Pegulas were involved in this level of daily stadium operations stuff.
  16. Pegula is a seemingly decent but soft corporate type with a lot of money. This team needs a well established football executive who can hire their own coach and make all decisions with minimal ownership input. Otherwise you end up with Rex Ryan.
  17. Imagine if this team lost Milano to injury.
  18. They need to use assets to get another QB somehow. That team is too good to waste on Zach Wilson. Someone like a Derek Carr or a Tannehill type could massage plenty of wins out of that group.
  19. Don't take for granted that we have Ed Oliver though. You can overlook these holes and compensate for them when you have a world beating top end talent like Oliver as a priority in your championship roster building strategy.
  20. If Josh Allen keeps his eyes on the snap for the fumble play, there's a good chance the Bills win despite everything else. Not because your defense wasn't otherworldly, but only because you didn't have an offense. It took self-inflicted wounds to lose that one. With a competent QB, a very different story. It wouldn't have been close.
  21. Hopefully he can adapt to having a pocket again. He went a year without having one and now he doesn't seem to know what to do with it.
  22. I don't feel like laying down in front of a train to the extent I did after the Dolphins or Vikings game last year. Does that count for anything or am I getting deeper into the Stockholm Syndrome?
  23. Perhaps he developed some bad habits behind that combination last year of a horrible o-line and playcalling that ignored the fact that it was a major weakness. He doesn't look comfortable back there and it's not because of the line's play today.
