Love the 5-1 record. In no way do I think this Bills team is a finished product yet. Still a few positional needs and a young, still rough around the edges QB.

So do I, but it’s just not in their defensive philosophy. An elite DE obviously helps the rush and it’s their main weakness , as well as LB depth.

The Bills defense is pretty good, one of the better units in the NFL. They had an off day by their current standards. They will never be confused with the ‘85 bears or the 2000 Ravens.

No one in their right mind compared this year’s Bills D to the 2000 Ravens. In the current NFL, they can put a team in great position to win a lot of games. They’re winning while the offense is still figuring things out. There are worse things that could happen.

They’re hoping Knox becomes on of those guys. It’s early. An established good TE probably wouldn’t be available in a trade, and would cost a pretty good pick if they were. Depends on the deal It’s not a very good corps, and I think they should be a player in the trade market. Allen can still do better than he has though.

Always found him entertaining. Gets a lot of heat on the board, but no accounting for taste.

I believe I saw recently that the last two times were 1993 and 1988.

Wouldn’t hate another WR. However, there are generally open guys on most plays. Allen needs to find them more quickly and deliver the ball. Needs to get better at dealing with the blitz in particular.

I think they’re the best team in the NFL right now, top to bottom.

Of course you (and I ) know that. They were just going for the win without playing for the tie.

Amazed they got that replay right. Pretty sure the Chargers were gonna get another down, even though the clock would likely have run out on them.

Meek attempt at a QB sneak even though the spot was questionable at best. Could have ended the game just about.

Interesting...I wanted to see more running. The Bills obviously have issues with that “ NE” style blitzing where guys are standing around the line. The OL tends to hold and Allen almost never beats the blitz. While the secondary was beat up, I wanted to see a pounding running game with play action off that. I generally don’t like criticizing playcalling because it’s usually execution that’s to blame. I do recall an incompletion on deep throw on a 3rd and five that was a head scratcher .

Seems like L Jackson is very underestimated on this board...

I think they can win a road WC game because that team isn’t likely to be appreciably better than the Bills and the D I strong. It would get considerably more difficult after that. This team doesn’t appear to be capable enough on offense to unseat NE as division champion. Barring some unforeseen collapse by NE due to injury or anything else, the Bills are probably looking at a WC best case scenario this season.

Saw Hockenson drop a few balls that hit him in the hands last couple weeks. Turning upfield before looking it in happens all the time.

Hate rooting for the Seahawks, but a BAL loss will help here.
