well...it kind of was because there was zero distractions. when you take young girls out of the mix, you'd be shocked how it changes the environment. there was no alpha male stuff going on, mostly because no one cared. it was a huge positive to be nerdy and get good grades. sports was important too, but not as much as being a good student. exactly. it took me a while to feel women out, (no pun intended). i screwed up a lot of early relationships because it was in my head that if my girlfriend didn't follow my lead, they were lousy girlfriends. i'm still not sure i'm even great with it now. i had to marry a woman almost 10 years younger than me just to be on equal playing grounds in terms of relationship maturity.

i don't think i would have changed anything. not that it was a perfect point in my life, but high school was just a business like environment. everything was about working and going on to college. they made high school nothing more than a stepping stone for your career. i played football, track, was my class president, etc. we partied and had fun, but you were there to work, get out, and go to college. the one major draw back, (as others have mentioned) was that it was a all boy school. with not having girls around, and not having any sisters, i was pretty clueless about women when i went to college. that blew some opportunities for me that i wish i had back.

they're great as you really can't mess them up. ours even comes with a razor to take care of an ultra hairy chest. the only pain about those things are that the battery life is short, (according to the manufacture) and i think we need to buy a new one every 2 years or so. they're not cheap.

but it's upsetting cripple, and i don't want to get him all school shooty. i started at 15. 25 years later, still going strong.

i think this is average in terms of celebrity...not normal person life.

do you have any idea how many times a week i hear a story about an extraction and a patient tells me that the dentist had their knee on their chest? i just want to slap those people.
