Crazy. Especially with him being on a new team for the first time in his NFL career. You’d think he would want to be there, learning a new (complicated Gruden) offense, getting his timing down with Carr and building their trust/relationship etc. It’s a selfish move IMO.

what I meant was the family atmosphere he is building where guys seem to genuinely care about each other on a human level. It’s not just based on this celebration alone. It’s everything going on around the team. This was just one more (small) example.

This was my favorite part of Wade’s TD run. I love seeing all his teammates so genuinely happy for him. And I love what McDermott is building here.
