fair question, McDermott comes across as very sincere, determined and focused in my humble opinion. The ground work McDermott is laying, calling out the team for leaders to step forward, distractions removed ftom the locker room, all in an effort to get his football team more focused. I like the steely eyed no nonsense way the Bills new HC McDermott carries himself and how quickly he shrudges off a member of the media looking to stir up trouble. with all due respect i'm kinda big on 1st impressions, I know your probably looking for a better answer klos63...

I like watching Gruden working with young QB prospects. The impressiion I get with Peterman is upstairs where it really counts, the guy gets it.

Probably not even better for what McDermott needs from the position. White is at the top of the list in a very good draft class at at the CB position. A leader of men, an excellent tackler. White is hand picked by McDermott to fit his system...

Having a QB that knows the system and his place on the team could really benefit Tyrod Taylor in my humble opinion.

I know T T has a long way to go before deserving to be spoken in the same breath as Steve Young, but I do see some similarites in size, skill set and my hopes are the right system and coaching will help benefit him in the same way.

You really don't know what getting twisted up like a pretzel a few times might do to a young signal callers confidence.( TE )

Good under the coaching staff that feels he's a good fit for the team and system you mean? Even if Mahomes is successful under Reid it doesn't mean the same success happens with other organizations. Failure under one organization/systems as a young QB prospect does not always mean an end of a QB's NFL career.
