  1. I'm not anti-vaccination.. I've just been hearing both sides of the argument in this thread Absolutely in state likes New York you need all the childhood vaccinations to go to public school But 43 states have exemptions due to philosophical or religious beliefs, and it's basically an x on a waiver A lot of states technically let unvaccinated go to public schools with vaccinated I think if you refuse your kid a polio vaccine or MMR that's Ludacris
  2. Thankfully it doesn't . And this country was founded on the basis of personal freedom. If idiots don't want to get vaxxed it is their stupid right.. compulsory vaccination in the most free country on Earth flies against everything And there are thousands of parents who do not get there children the vaccines now Hence why there are cases again from eradicated virus And I have every vaccination but i 💯% believe in the right to chose
  3. Yes but it's already been went over That 43 out of 50 states allow philosophical or religious exemptions which aren't that hard to get Now I'm not sitting here saying don't get your kids the polio vaccine, I'm not a nutter I'm just playing devil's advocate that shows a lot of states allow exemptions
  4. I don't think anybody's saying op has really good game day traffic flow But when you compare it to the scenario of a downtown mob scene, it absolutely looks better
  5. Problem is sabres games bring 20,000 people downtown Bills games bring 80-90,000 people To orchard Park.. there's tens of thousands of people who tailgate and don't go to the games 90,000 people downtown would cause havoc. 20k is manageable
  6. Im not setting up or Propping up anything. Nothing at all. I'm not a politician ,I didn't sign any laws And I'm vaccinated I was just pointing out facts that states give you options. And not every group will always be happy because it's not perfect.. those are just facts
  7. Unfortunately there are a lot of problems in society today The best we can do is try to be the best we can be.. I know that sounds cliche but it's the best you can do
  8. Texas, Ohio , Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, north Dakota, Oregon , Idaho , Utah, Colorado, Arizona, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, All allow philosophical exemption Or simply if they morally object they don't have to Every other state besides California New York Mississippi and West Virginia allow religious exemption (Minnesota doesn't, but they allow philosophical) And you don't need rigorous proof. Most the States you just need to check waiver that says religious exemption
  9. I said religious or philosophical. Or I wasn't wrong And nobody can stop you from saying I'm a Scientologist and I'm not getting my kid vaccinated My point was sure it's a public health issue but it's doesn't mean they can force vaccinate everyone who doesn't want it.. there's a lot of avenues in this country There's definitely unvaccinated kids in New York who are homeschooled.. now I'm not sitting here saying I'm anti polio vaccine.. I'm not But if you want to be a dumb parent that chooses that I'm not going to stop you
  10. I Said 43 out of 50 New York state does not allow philosophical or religious exemption. 43 states do
  11. My link is posted And it's not hard to get it. You can't get it in New York but it's not hard to get it in the States you can It's called philosophical exemption for reason. If it's against your philosophies you can't be forced to take it Same with religion. Just need to say it's against your religion
  12. That 43 out of 50 states will allow exemption from vaccines in public schools because personal or religious beliefs? https://www.ncsl.org/research/health/school-immunization-exemption-state-laws.aspx
  13. 43 out of 50 states disagree because you can be exempt from vaccine's in school because personal or religious beliefs That's a hard majority
  14. Yes if you're using that exact wording allowed doesn't mean required But as I said it was paid for by taxpayers. And there's already been precedent of the bluejays opening.. even if it's separated.. it sets a precedent Which is owned by the City of Buffalo and technically under control of Erie county If it was completely private 100% pegula could do whatever he pleases.. but it's taxpayer paid for so there are a lot more holes to jump through I think it's a very interesting issue.. the curve being flattened over the next 5 months is another thing to think of
  15. Like me and hapless were saying earlier it's a tricky subject There's no State policy on water bottles. Hence why the county can make that decision But the stadium is owned by Erie county.. taxpayers from Erie county funded it.. and New York State government said it's allowed to open as a outdoor venue I would imagine the county would lose in court. Because they're going against state protocol , in a taxpayer funded venue.. it's not completely private
  16. The problem with that is the Buffalo Bills are only building a football stadium They aren't doing a community redevelopment, with hotels retail apartments and such A stadium is hardly in the budget .. all that will never happen unfortunately
  17. I wonder what the psl market in buffalo would look like? $1000? I might pony to own the seat... 5k? I don't think so
  18. I can absolutely agree to this
  19. You're not a Catholic of you support abortion. Apostate at best
  20. Of course I was in the bills store during half right when he came out and popped that off! EJ was never really his starter tho.. it was TT
  21. There have been many studies done that show new stadiums unfortunately do nothing for a cities economy It's just a talking point to get taxpayers on board
  22. Technically Erie county owns the stadium so Erie county makes the rules but it has to fall in line with state law But state overrides county and it always has.. so if NYS says we're good , we should be good
  23. It's a tricky subject I would assume.. sure he's the county executive but that doesn't make him the county czar There has to be some process I assume.. And I think the bisons having unvaccinated fans sets a precedent.. even if segregated
