The more I’m thinking about it, the more I realize that I wouldn’t actually mind signing Cousins, then using all those picks to make the team better. Hell, if a top 5 QB falls to 21, you can still draft him.
Only thing I don't want to happen is the Bills trading up to take Mason !@#$ing Rudolph.
Make a big move and go get Mayfield, but don't do it half-assed.
Rudolph is not a first round talent. If Jackson is there, fine. Not Rudolph. His scouting reports are very scary. Most NFL scouts have him as a 2nd or even 3rd DAY talent. Not rund, DAY.
I mean, the Redskins don't even have the rights to Cousins. He's a FA. So they can't trade him unless Cousins signs a contract or the franchise tag. And that ain't gonna happen.
Luck may still need more surgery and miss the 2018 season
It's only a small part of this article, but it's in there.
The Colts are definitely in play for a QB at #3.
We HAVE a stop-gap QB. Why trade him for another one? Sure, he'll be a better passer probably, but so what? He'll just be different than Tyrod and still no more than a 9-7 type guy.
lol so what happens with the new assistants who have already signed contracts under the assumption McDaniels is coming? Just fire them and pay them? Hope the new HC will want to keep them?
Guys, look at ALL of his games. The guy is Joe Flacco and went on a nice run. He also had all day to throw during the Super Bowl and had many weapons.
He's not a long-term answer for the Bills.
