I think he plays instinctively and that’s what I want. That’s how you play fast. I think he gets into trouble trying to fit into whatever this horseshit scheme asks him to do. Maybe if a few more guys got down hill instead of skating backwards, we’d hit a RB before he got to the secondary

I’d love to see what a combination of Thompson and Dorian Williams looks like. I might be on an island but I love Dorian Williams. And he’s exactly what this defense is lacking. A fast physical tone setter that makes offenses uncomfortable. Im tired of keep it infront of you ***** *****. Go hit someone

I’d start to transition White into the Rapp role. He’s nowhere near as physical but the head start of being back there can cover up the speed loss. White knows the defense front to back and can help call it on the field. He also has good ball skills. You got Bishop to run and be physical. Use Tre as a veteran ball hawk. He can’t play corner anymore. Let’s at least see if we can use him there before getting rid of him. Our defense can’t be worse. Start taking swings here

I’d like to see what it looks like to move T Johnson to the boundary. I’m beyond tired of hearing how great this dude is. There’s never a single feeling of comfort on 3rd down…that’s the money down for the slot. Add those two things up and what do you get? We have a big time need on the other side of 47. If Johnson can run with guys in the slot, idk how he can’t cover guys on the outside with the aid of a sideline. It’s probably a move that allows us to strengthen two areas. And again…if this guy is some elite slot CB, why do teams have guys streaking wide open across the field on every 3rd down? These are difficult questions to ask and will be met with thoughtless push back. But what I’m saying makes sense if you think about it.

That person will not be used in the way you want. Look at the way we constantly rotate. No matter what fans want or think. A guy like that will be lost in the offense. This staff is obsessed with rotating guys. Cook is one of the best players in the league and he comes out way too often. The defense has been and is still the problem. The real issue is coaching but we are stuck here. So hopefully somehow all the teams we play just turn it over and we get lucky.

The worst part is the pats are only going to get better. Not getting them now is not good. They are just going to be harder and harder to beat.

Nice that we ran the clock out on ourselves the entire 4th quarter. That way when you can’t make a stop as usual you have no time to answer. Is there a single thing this coach can handle? Every single game is the same. We can never make a stop. If we aren’t turning ppl over we aren’t stopping them. We can’t stop the run, guys are wide open on every single 3rd down. We get near the QB but NEVER sack him. This team looks exactly the same every year. It’s a direct reflection of the guy coaching it. He’s not good enough. If you are in a tight game and need a stop, the team is going to go down and score. It’s ludicrous to expect the offense to always have you up 2 scores. It’s asking way too much. This team will never beat KC in the playoffs because the guy coaching the team has no idea how to run a defense

It couldn’t be further from sarcasm. We are the only team ever to score 30 rushing and 30 pass tds in the same season, we have the MVP at QB and we score at will. Our offense has been incredible since 2020. The only reason we haven’t won a Super Bowl is because our defense can’t get off the field in the playoffs. Are you joking? Watch the games bud
