I think they have the pieces on offense too
Their oline has more talent than they've shown...once the rookie feels more comfortable I think they'll be good
I always appreciated diggs the player
Thru 3 games I may have not appreciated the effect to which Diggs the person negatively impacted the offense
I just typically don't put as much stock in unquantifiable things like chemistry as I do in talent and production is all
I think there's a legitimate argument to be made that the chemistry is this particular group shouldn't be messed with
I also believe talent>scheme is an NFL truism
It's going to be a very interesting year watching this offense
because WR is an important position, and a QB like Allen has a multiplier effect on offensive weapons
you think this is settled, so be it. don't reply then
no doubt it's a pretty unlucky (lucky for us) defensive playcall...no offense to coleman. from the looks of their interior at snap they were expecting run and bit on the playaction
but i mean you cant play a man cover1 like that if your DEs are going to pattycake w 190lb rbs
literally either guy is wide open for a td there
lack of effort imo
it's just a poor grasp of causality
the existence of an elite wideout on a bad team isn't proof elite wideouts cause poor records any more than the existence of a firetruck at a burning house is proof firemen cause fires
that's the takeaway if you want to defend the narrative
the real concept is that teams w mahomes/reid and brady/belichick do better than other teams. the fact that both had HOF tight ends is interesting but im not sure it's relevant...the fact that at various points they were successful w/out star WRs is however almost certainly irrelevant
Exactly
There aren't any victory laps available yet, it's too early and the gameflow hasn't been representative
I mean I could drag up my prediction of this being a 10-15ish offense and here we stand at 13th but would that really mean anything 😂😂
