KC was 2nd, spending 9 million against the cap. Seems like the Bills use that money they save on kicker, punter, and long snapper for a couple special teams aces.

    What worries me is the way Beane talked at his after season presser. He talked about Hines being better in the offense next year with a whole offseason learning the offense, or something along those lines. If Hines is kept, hopefully its a restructured contract at much lower number.

    Spotrac has his value at 2 years 8.4 million. I would rather pay him 4.2 million, and cut hines, his cap savings would be 4.6 million. But knowing how Beane operates, he won't give up Hines after trading for him.
