  1. just found out....Shane Lechler, OAK....what the f%ck! http://www.nfl.com/probowl/afc_roster
  2. i wnat to know who the hell made it instead of him. total BS!
  3. even better...do you ever think he says "Hey...do you realize we got Willis "freaking" McGahee for a decent #2 receiver?"
  4. rap is not music??? what a stupid statement.
  5. i've been told that HD ready is the way to go. when it comes with the board already installed, you can't really upgrade if/when technology changes. HD ready allows you that flexibility because you can just get a new cable or satellite box with the newer technology and you'll be all set.
  6. i was disappointed in Big Mike the past couple years cuz his production just was not what I expected. I also, though, felt bad for him. Any guy, regardless of position, coming out of college and stepping foot into the NFL needs someone he can trust who will show him the ropes and provide insight into the position and the way the game evolves from college to pro. Poor Mike had OL coaches with little to no experience coaching NFL O-lineman. That just plain sucked. Look at the difference 6 months with an experienced OL coach makes. I truely believe that McNally has alot to do with his rapid development this year.
  7. if the bills end up making the playoffs and mcgee runs one back in a playoff game that we win, he will get all the attention anyone could ever want.
  8. i think porter would be a great fit if we were to lose moulds. he's a free agent this year right? ps. with your name, you should have MY avatar.
  9. Tonight one of my high school classmates won fear factor. i didn't even know he was on until i turned it on and he won. way to go!
  10. i know its moot. but i keep thiking about how TD could have been more patient with Shayne Graham who's doing pretty well in Cincy. Twice the kicker for half the cost.
  11. sorry, been gone most of the day. no, as i mentioned when i first brought this up a while back...it's only a coincidence that his name is Gallo.
  12. I posted months ago about the film First Time Caller that is starring Buffalo native Patrick Gallo. The movie has been shopped for months now and they are finally having a screening. Here's the info if anyone in the NYC area are interested in attending. Please forward this one to anyone in the New York area for our star studded screening at the LOWE'S 34th STREET THEATER on DECEMBER 9TH at 7:00pm. Please RSVP early! Look forward to seeing you there and thank you again for your support. Sincerely, Ted Sullivan Producer Boy In The Drain Productions www.boyinthedrain.com www.firsttimecaller.com 310.650.5385
  13. Think about this.....how many years did GMs like Scott Pioli(NE), Rich McKay(TB/Atl), Ozzie Newsome(Cle/Bal), Charley Armey(StL), Floyd Reese (Hou/Ten) and Bill Polian (with Indy) toil with mediocre if not horrible teams before their respective teams started winning consistently or bringing home a championship? I'd say on average 5-8 years!!!! Now that doesn't mean I'm not anxious to start winning NOW but sometimes there is more to it than just one person. I think TD has made, for the most part, good moves. He keeps the offseason exciting and gives us hope going into to each season. For many different reasons the TEAM hasn't put it together but I am starting to feel really really good about the immediate future.
  14. I truly believe the difference between Miami and SF is that Miami has an infrustructure that can be built upon. SF is in a downward spiral. While its been great to see the Dolphins finally hit rock bottom, I don't think it will last long. My prediction is that they get themselves a good QB, possibly Drew Brees, in the offseason. Then if they attract a guy like LaMont Jordan, who i think will be a FA, that could give them a good RB, let alone what they end up getting for Ricky. they will be getting back David Boston next year and already have Chambers and McMichael. A couple tweaks on their OL may get them to average which would be a huge improvement. Their defense is stout and will be even better if they're not on the field for 3/4 of the game. Whoever takes over the reigns at HC will also have alot to do with it. oh well, its been good while its lasted but i really think they will be back on the rise next year.
  15. well done, i agree with almost everything. my one beef is rian lindell. in my mind the jury is back and the verdict is in. he sucks. he's just so inconsistant and really hasn't had ONE big time kick for us in the year and a half he's been here. what really makes it worse is TD's first go round with the kicker. he brings in that waste jake arians who goes on to be the worst kicker the bills have had since at least i've been watching. then makes a good decision that anyone would be better so drops him and picked up an unknown named shayne graham. now SG wasn't great, but he wasn't awful. in fact i was starting to think that he could develop into something. i had about as much confidence in him as i did moorman at the time. then TD goes and replaces him with RL. well we all see how that has turned out. SG is becoming a top NFL kicker, and we just let him go to way overpay for a very very mediocre kicker. I like all the moves you mentioned and I am all for TD sticking around but that was one move I did not like when he made it, and like even less now in hindsight.
  16. http://www.wagenschenke.ch/index2.htm i could only get 67 meters so far.
  17. i hear that. not that our o-line totally stinks but whatever you can do to upgrade there is just fine with me. personally, if it ends up that we get decent draft picks for moulds or henry or both, I say grab the best o-lineman available. the more we pick the better the chances of striking gold...and TD is more than due.
  18. good move by chicago. even with all his friggin baggage, he has got to be a tremendous upgrade. that offense is just sooooooooooo bad.
  19. We all know that JP is our 1st round pick this year. Whether he ends up being a top 10 pick or not is still yet to be determined. I'm excited about the guy and think that it was a good move to grab our QB of the future a year early. I just hope we don't end up giving up a top 10 pick to do it. That could make me nauseous. If we end up sending a pick anywhere after 15 to dallas, I'll be able to sleep. Where does that pick have to be to make you comfortable with the move???
  20. wow...all these years, a wife, two kids and i'm a freaking homo. never would have known it. thanks stevestojan(head) . now i know. oh...for the record. woman who are much hotter than jessica biel. beyonce knowles halle barry jessica alba j-lo salma hayek catherine zeta-jones and the list goes on and on and on.
  21. sorry, i just don't get it. most posters are really good about prefixing their subject with (OT) if it is an off topic subject. SO JUST DONT CLICK ON IT. is it really that difficult? i know time is valuable but if your spending it on this board anyway, is the extra two seconds you lose when you "accidently" click on an OT message really that big of a deal. i know you're upset but it will be ok, you should be ready for those pull-up diapers very soon.
  22. wasn't so boring for me as i picked up and started julus jones this week in my fantasy league. gave me superstar fantasy points!!!!
  23. thanks for all the good advice. i'm sure many others can use it too. i'm definitely not a rookie at drywall but i do lack the skill to move quickly and not sacrifice quality. this is a big job and the fact that i've done so much work on the house already, i want to leave the finishing touch to the pros and make it all worth while so any recommondations are gladly accepted. PM me if you have an contact info or are intersted in the job.
