My only problem with McDermott is that he hasn't figured out how to work the officials. Belichick had the NFL in his pocket, now Reid has the NFL in his pocket. There are politics involved that McDermott is oblivious to. He thinks he's playing a fair game. Although, it might be well above his pay grade for such a thing.

Going for 2 made sense in both situations. Those were both bad play calls and bad execution. None of it mattered anyway. You literally can not beat the guys who make up the rules.

Interception for the Bills became a Chiefs' 30 yard completion. Phantom PI against Elam prevented a Chiefs' punt. Successful 4th down QB sneak in the 4th quarter inexplicably became the Chiefs' ball. Penalty flag against the Chiefs on the Bills' last play was picked up with no explanation. This isn't rocket science. Refs know exactly when and where to have the biggest impact while making things seem close. It's all fixed.

They don't make any more plays than we do. They get gifted 14 points by the referees. It's really that simple.

You simply can not beat a team when you intercept the ball and the refs just give the other team the ball.

Brady has called a terrible game. Not prepared for the KC defense at all. No feel for the flow of the game. Everything is a nail biter while Mahomes just throws to wide open receivers.

There are two types of a good throw. One is a perfect pass that allows YAC. The other is a pass that is placed right in the receiver's hands. Allen was under pressure and delivered a pass right into Samuel's hands. It was an easy catch that he still could have turned into 10+ yards after the catch because there was no one around him.

The opponent makes a huge difference. Chiefs DL and LBs are way better than Baltimore. And Spags is way more prepared than whoever the ***** is Baltimore's DC right now.
