  1. Knicks fan? So he is a poor mans John Starks.
  2. His awareness outside the pocket is pretty good, second to Russel? Maybe. A freak hit could ruin his season but that can happen to most. His season will ride on Sammy's health, even if he is playing above the level he played last season the results will suffer. We have no serious outside threats besides WATTS. Get OFF that foot!
  3. The Cavs only hope is if JR goes off, he is capable of it but he hasn't shown a pulse yet this series. Kyrie and Lebron will get their points, Smith is the only wildcard that could explode and make this is a series. If he gets 22 plus they have a shot.
  4. If I was going to miss 5-6 months of work my boss would consider that major surgery.
  5. What year is it? Kenyon Martin coming off the bench?
  6. Yes that kick would have missed, but if it was 10 yards closer maybe that affects his mindset and approach. Instead of pushing his range he would have been in a spot that he was as accustomed to kicking from.
  7. Right Said Fred https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=P5mtclwloEQ Boom.
  8. Kevin Love is ruled out for tonight.
  9. https://gma.yahoo.com/least-5-dead-4-seriously-injured-truck-crashes-051012051--abc-news-topstories.html Cyclists suck, but this was a little over the top!
  10. It's a major surgery I didn't say it wasn't a big deal. It would take a major failure by Clemson and Lawson to let him play with an existing injury that has him playing at "70" percent for 3 years. As I mentioned above his shoulder wasn't talked about... He never missed a game or practice with it. I think it's much more likely he found comfort with the brace and his performance and actions support that. I'm still convinced that he wanted to continue to play with the brace this season and therefore the confusion about his and Whaley's comments. He is a hard working kid who will give us plenty to talk about on the field, i just don't see the need to put fluff on everything.
  11. It is 8-9 months inbetween games. They have one live scrimmage that is Clemson Orange vs. Clemson White. Just keep passing the shovel around and digging deeper. No real need to defend the pick, no ones bashing it. False claims were made and backed up by more nonsense. When discussing the pick it is far more REALISTIC that the gargantuan brace he wore allowed him to function as a consensus All American. He then gets drafted, the team asks him to do some drills without the brace and they see something they don't like, that worries them about the long term. Thus surgery and rehab! Protecting their investment, no need to spin it any other way. http://www.tigernet.com/update/player/Shaq-Lawson-injury-update-21876 His Knee was the concern late in the year for the NCG game. His shoulder wasn't even discussed, just to further the thought about his shoulder. Here is the link where he originally injured it...3 years ago. http://www.tigernet.com/m/view/news_update.do?id=13073
  12. Oh so during 13' and 14' he decided that it was best to continue to play at 70 percent as a back up instead of getting his shoulder fixed and being able to play at 100 percent. Got it. The injury has a 5-6 month recovery period, he chose not to have the surgery done after the 13' and 14' seasons in which he would have roughly 8-9 months inbetween games. When supporting your team isn't enough... one should go out of his or her way to create scenarios in which anything that may be bad is actually good.
  13. Give up his spot and never get it back? Are you aware that he was playing behind Vic Beasley prior too this year? So you just picked 70 percent because that would be great if we could get an additional 30 percent out of Shaq after his surgery? Well that's convienent. None of this makes any sense, why make up numbers and false situations?
  14. So a guy whose performance is going to affect his draft position declined to have surgery for multiple offseasons and continued to play at 70 percent. One would think he would have got it fixed and improved his draft stock and more importantly his payday. This 70 percent thing would be a hard sell to even the most faithful, it just doesn't make any sense.
  15. i assume you were in western NC? They feast on out of state tags around all the military bases on the coast, maybe that's the difference?
  16. NC blows when I first got down there with Mass plates I had a state trooper spin around on a main road to give me a ticket for not wearing a seat belt. When I was finally moving back home I had another incident with a good ole boy state trooper as I was heading up 95.
  17. In 1974 they moved the goal post to the back end line, if they left the damn thing where it was the kick would have been in Norwoods range!

  19. Sweet, good for him. I hope he gets some extended time in preseason. Keep TT healthy, and we already know what EJ is or isn't. Let Cardale have the snaps then he will have 12 months to digest it.
  20. Ehh I think they are lacking at skill positions. WR's, CB's, and QB are all question marks. I like their D front but that's not pushing top 5 just look at some of the teams behind them and compare skill positions.
  21. Nice. I also read somewhere that Lady Stoneheart may be leading the Brotherhood, which would explain why they returned to execute everyone after seeing the Hound at their compound.
  22. 14 sounds about right, but it's hard to take the rankings serious when they have the Eagles listed at 5.
  23. They were talking about Welker today on Cowherd's show, apparently he is working with the Dolphins WR group. Miami says it has no interest in signing him, sounds like he is trying to work his way onto a coaching staff? Good for him if that's true, he has taken to many hits I don't want to see him on the field ever again. He already has that glazed over look. He would be worth having around, could help young WR's and probably would be able to offer some help to cornerbacks trying to defend against picks/rubs.
  24. A bubble screen guy? Hmm Watkins was the top play maker coming out of that draft I don't remember much debate about that.
  25. http://www.mercurynews.com/sports/ci_29987392/strip-club-promises-raiders-free-lap-dances-if Will things like this change the NFL's stance on possibly putting football in Vegas?
