With the Bills depth outside I'd rather not see White returning punts now or ever. I know AB does it, and PP but this is Buffalo let's put our shoes on before we go running out the door into traffic.

I think he will be fine opposite Butler, it is worth mentioning that Logan Ryan was one of the highest rated corners as far as tackling last season. It will be interesting to see what/if Gilmore has any sort of negative impact there. I know corners get paid to cover. I'm just pointing out the difference in Gilmore and Ryan's game.

He hurt his hamstring last season as well when supposed to be returning. The frustrating part is that the majority of football injuries can't be prevented, a player who is repeatedly straining his hamstring while working out in a t-shirt and shorts is not training properly.

I don't see any similarities between the Bills and Giants situations. McAdoo is an offensive guy, he had a capable QB and one of the premiere WR's in the game. That wasn't exactly a shock that they won games. The SS pick was too easy. The Bills have a zone DC, a RB at QB, an oft injured WR/TE and a bunch of role players. I would have liked to see them pay MG and spend the rest of the FA dollars just for the hope of having a more entertaining season but isn't this some of the foresight that I had been slamming Whaley on? They kept TT, that allows the team a chance to do something if everything else goes right. Chances are it won't, and when it doesn't they will be better off next season. You guys are mad they didn't pay a press corner top dollars to sit in zone? Gilmore coming up to make tackles is not worth elite money. It's easy to say add the best available players but at some point you need to step back and look at this roster and come up with a plan to fix it. We yelled at Whaley for patching holes and never having a plan, like not drafting a WR2 fully knowing that Woods would be gone in a year. Even with Watkins on the table. Etc etc etc. In short it's easy to spend the money now and hope you go on a magical run, it's much harder to accept that you're not a magician and this roster needs some long term fixing.

Anyone making a sizeable bet like that is going to want the appropriate odds. I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish by saying someone a wild prediction should lose money because the overwhelming odds are that they are wrong. The odds are against anyone picking an exact win total, whether it's 2,4,6, or 10. You said 10-6 right? Do you want to bet 2,000 bucks that the Bills win exactly 10 games? Heck no, no one does.

10 team league, keeper is Mike Evans or Julio, going with whoever is healthiest at end of camp. The draft list won't populate til draft day the 26th. I was thinking about setting up a 10 team TBD league and donating a certain percentage of the prize pool to a charity of the groups choice. Looking past future development and leaning towards protecting their own jobs in the short term. If TT goes down maybe Yates can execute the offense and win a game or two extra. It's short sighted but it's the way of life for an NFL coach, partly to blame for the lack of QB's getting developed around the league too.
