  1. Playing in Tennessee buying an official like the recently retired Jeff Triplette kind of cements why Bud Adams was one of the most crooked owners around. His daughter seems to be following the family line too.
  2. Habs are up 4-2 over the Senators #GHG what football game; any not involving Buffalo don’t exist.
  3. Signed for a year my guess is the pre-exisisting contract. We save that contract and can add to the cap next season.
  4. More like John Elway in his rookie year, needs a compliment of offensive linemen, and the team is driven by youth. Rhythmic quick passes and needs speed to match the dynamics of it being quick strike team.
  5. “Tomsula employed new coaching practices, which included giving his players breaks to check social media during meetings, shorter, easier practices, and more days off.The result was one of the worst offenses in team history. Scoring only 238 points” Nobody will ever defend Tomsula or want him as their Head Coach. Snyder if anyone remembers; made many racist comments and remarks in the past. Picking up Kaep to Snyder would be akin to creating a monument for Brigadier General Joshua Lawerence Chamberlain and the 20th Maine.
  6. No team will take Kaep and there’s a lot of excuses around how he hasn’t played a snap. Or, about how San Francisco benched him for not fitting their model. Honestly San Francisco ownership is a regime which turned on Harbaugh; it’s last great Coach in hubris. Anyone want to take a chance and hire Tomsula would any fan of Buffalo want him over McDermott?
  7. Aspergers now getting that out of way for this team in the spectrum of analysis and abilities should draft along the offensive line. It’s a defensively heavy draft but for just as many defensive linemen there will be an offensive linemen who can help compliment the team. Said it before and I’ll say it again Sam Mustipher is what we need at center without going into the mixture of overpaying in free agency. Going to be taking a look at other offensive linemen today and cutting and editing a video.
  8. Notre Dame fan and last season Sam didn’t allow a sack. What do you think?
  9. Sam Mustipher our of Notre Dame looks like a solid choice in the later rounds. Along with being able to plug into the center position and the fact that he fights to stop tackles for losses and sacks would be a good guy to go after early rather then late second or third round.
  10. Folks want to give up to much on over thirty lineman. When you could have someone like Mustipher fall to you in the later rounds take advantage of it. From looking at Notre Dame and how hard he fights not to give up on plays or allow for tackles for losses or sacks; have him at a bargain basement price.
  11. Now they argue amongst themselves on Zay as a number one or finding a slot receiver or possession to mix in with him. I don’t think they knew about Mustipher and so someone with more cred than me will look him up. Starting a new thread on drafting him in the lower second or third round from Notre Dame. Chalking him up as a draft day steal at the same time.
  12. Foster isn’t to bad and either is Zay. Just saying add someone like Sam Mustipher to the open center debate. Give Josh some time to operate down the field.
  13. Just posted up a thread regarding Sam Mustipher as an offensive center from Notre Dame. Accordingly, though to some I don’t know what I’m talking about.
  14. https://und.com/roster.aspx?rp_id=1612 A good pickup at center whose a little short at 6’3 and lighter at 306 but who has excelled in the defensively heavy draft. Covers ground well, does good at calling line schemes, and looks like a guy whose motor and production would only increase. If we build around youth I’d take Sam as a long term offensive lineman.
  15. A lot can happen in four years; one’s older brother can drop dead of a widow maker. And, in the mean time one can forget he had an account here. Life happens and my nine month old left you guys a fresh present this morning; who pays shipping and handling? I’ll mail it to you if you would like.
  16. Would rather have Luke Tasker whose waiting for us to take a chance on him. Fellow TiCats fans will know what I’m talking about.
  17. Sam Mustipher at center would be a good unsung hero type. If he goes in the second or third round out of Notre Dame. He’s quick and a little small for a center but doesn’t get beaten off the block and holds pass protection and run blocking down.
  18. Would look at Notre Dame’s Sam Mustipher at the center positions. Considering his height (6’3) and weight (306) he moves fast in pass protection and run blocking. A little on the small side but he is a good pickup especially if he falls into the late rounds.
  19. Hey at least it’s good to know you guys worship and follow Peterman blindly. Is that part of that die hard fandom which makes it okay to suck? It was indefensible to keep Nate Peterman and yet you folks defend it to the bloody end.
  20. Sean McDermott owns this in refusing to move on from Nate Peterman. Buffalo deserved better and we gave Sean to much credit. Along with to much time any other Coach would have been roasted, toasted, and fired but Sean has a way of getting apologists rallied around him. After a vote of confidence to Peterman; Beane cut him before the ink even dried on the transcripts of the presser. Beane is willing to move on and take the necessary steps to improve the team. It might mean getting his own guy in there as well; despite McDermott bringing in Beane; it means Beane will want to save his neck and not stick it out for Sean anymore.
  21. https://wgr550.radio.com/articles/opinion/what-was-i-thinking The blowout losses were the hardest things to take. And, Sean was more and more out Coached by guys we had passed on. So, we got blown out by Joe Flacco, Aaron Rodgers, Phillip Rivers, and Andrew Luck. What stings most was the Chargers loss and the Colts loss. As we passed on Lynn for head coach and Reich as an offensive coordinator (before his offensive Super Bowl mastery) when folks said he was lucky to have Rivers. Instead of finding Anderson or Barkley earlier Sean extended his nepotism and stubbornness as unwillingness in parting ways with Nate Peterman and still kept him against Chicago. I see McDermott as a translation Coach and Beane will do what is necessary to save his own neck to that end cutting Peterman; after Sean gave him a vote of confidence. Sean brought in Beane but it means that McDermott is not Beane’s first choice for a Coach. If it means after the season jettisoning Sean to have Frazier as an interim I’m set with that. Given how Leslie was hamstrung in Minnesota with Christian Ponder (who) and having Josh Allen to really develop could see it working. The defense was tired and the Coach refused to move on from KB or elevate guys like Foster which he was forced too; anyone else thinking that Beane is looking for “his guy” to take over as Coach?
  22. A lot of these guys they brought in like KB and Trent Murphy they are now having severe buyers remorse on. When you read how his gaps, assignments, reads, and stunts got manhandled it doesn’t give one confidence with Love being promoted it means that we keep Murphy as a big body and perhaps transition it to DT just to clog running lanes but even that is a stretch.
  23. Carolina was happy for someone else to inherit Kelvin. Along with the cap hit and despite being overweight. So, many guys were picked up for the process with Trent Murphy being moved around as Love gets promoted. It was the wrong direction to go and speaking from a public relations perspective all of the morale victories are not painting a winning record. Next season Murphy who has bounced around on IR and had blown his own gap calls and assignments may not come back. It’s the little cap hits which lead to the bigger hits coming.
  24. We are building a core around Allen with young undrafted receivers and finding what will work on tight-ends. Will folks please stop looking at those like Jones who would shatter us and could lead to us having an under performing salary cap liability. The recipe for the receiceing corps is not to over pay and allow Josh to make his progressions.
