  1. I’ve got family who played for the semi-pro franchise and missed going professional. Having wives and a family kind of put them in a sling. Along with how much of a beating their bodies could take. It’s not toxic to me rooting for them or in questioning Coaches. What is toxic is a pack of social media firm and public relations trolls who went after my last name and started bringing up my immigration status and abilities to comprehend English. I think those folks lack the milk of human kindness.
  2. The ones more apt to insult dissenting fans are social media firm posers. Looking to get us tossed for profanity and having a little bit more leeway in xenophobic commenting or in questioning someone’s aptitude for English. Moderators will stand a little off to the side and give them free passes. It helps keep a pay structure going, standard operating procedure for fan sites.
  3. Well mocking children with disabilities that’s about it for me. As much as you want to draw out profanity from me Johnny boyo I know how you roll amateur hour.
  4. Not exactly throwing it out just getting a read on folks and their unlimited devotion to tanking and saving public face. Reminds me of an EA firm hired for promoting The Sims 4 with copy-pasta from the official site. Didn’t take long for me to deduce who they were Teefless.
  5. Merchandising and ticketing sales are low. You work to fill a void there in lost profitability and saving public face. With a little bit of salty anger thrown in for dissenting opinions.
  6. Kaep, Barkley, and or anyone else not over the hill. Public relations or social media consultant? Just getting a cold read and a feel. Reminds me of the folks EA hired on the Sims 4 on copy-pasta jobs.
  7. He wasted a perfectly good defense with his flop of Nate Peterman. Got an aging defense that needs to be adjusted now. How many accounts do public relations bots hold on here? Noticing the free ticket giveaways in a down year for ticket sales and merchandising. Can you shed a bit of light on that?
  8. Already has cost us several but not finding a replacement for Nate Peterman. You will find fans completely saying it was indefensible starting him but, same fans make a “concession” for the “process” and just how much better the team will be in the mantra phrasing of “wait until next season”. The stinging part is that some of these fans are more interested in public relations then in actual being fans and saving face for McDermott.
  9. It’s public relations and there’s a lot of dissension and disappointments from Beane not wanting to be known as tanking this season. Along with being staked as keeping Nate Peterman around. Denying it throws shade on McDermott and that’s what Beane has stated publicly.
  10. Throw the damn towel! Benchthe starters and send in the scrubs on offense and defense!
  11. There is no reason to show pride or enthusiasm really it’s misplaced. Ownership threw in the towel, Coaching threw in the towel, and next season will take time to gel all the units into a cohesive mix. On the plus side we are always one year away from greatness and can say continually “there’s always next year.” It’s a magic salve of a word which is a dagger in the heart to fans. I feel for the dad who took his daughter to see Peterman in the Bills veruses Bears game. Part of the process getting blown out at home and having zero pride and making the younger generation cry. Always next year is the mantra for quitters.
  12. Frees up my weekend for happier times with friends and family. Don’t really care anymore at this point. Sabres are sucking which is great as a Habs fan I’ll take it.
  13. I’ve got Sam Mustipher at center in the second, with Dalton Risner and David Edwards falling stock wiseinto the fifth round where we have two.
  14. Along with a tight end and people mocked my mock draft when I outlined the teams needless our of the back field (Bruce Lovero replace McCoy and LJ Scott to replace Ivory) and along the offensive line.. Sam Mustipher, Dalton Rainer, and David Edwards; in the FA linemen don’t come cheaply or you get what you pay for.
  15. I think the writing is on the wall here. Brandon Beane is looking to save his own neck. Right now he’s got more sway with Terry and Kim than McDermott has. The Nate Peterman release after the McDermott confidence presser all but assured that. After bringing in McDermott guys in Star and Murphy knowing that offensive line was the bigger need as we drafted Allen. I don’t think Beane wants to be tired to him anymore. What he wants is his own Head Coach every GM wants their own guy. Even if McDermott brought him in; seeing how inept and terrible he is Beane would save his own neck or find work arounds to elevate himself above Sean.
  16. Tired of looking at picks when we needed help on the offensive line and didn’t bother to address it. But, hey for free agency we signed Murphy and Star. Because, you know it’s McDermott’s defensive genius. If Brandon Beane cut Nate Peterman; after McDermott’s confidence presser. It means McDermott is falling out of favor with not just Beane but Pegula’s and I honestly feel that Beane to save his own neck; is looking a bringing in his own Head Coach.
  17. In a draft class rich with offensive linemen you took one center? In the first round when we need to bolster those positions and keep Allen safe? Got weapons but without a line not going to be able to execute any way to get the ball to them.
  18. I don’t understand why so many of you folks are okay at 4-9 to say next year. And, since you folks brought up how McDermott and Beane report to the Pegula’s indivually with that dynamic it means that Beane holds more sway in players futures now and they appearing to move away from McDermott’s assessment and evaluations of those like Peterman. Broaching the topic of mocking those with mental illness; I’ve seen you folks mock me for dementia, or being an immigrant, and think really think to yourselves; got any family members in these lots, you treat this snidely and meanly?
  19. I think the most interesting thing with Brandon Beane is that he cut Nate Peterman soon after Sean McDermott expresses confidence in him. Logically it’s a shot across the bow from the management to the coaching to smarter up and straighten the ship. Folks will insist that McDermott is the one who brought in Beane. Let’s be honest folks this is a business and Beane knows he doesn’t want to be tied into Sean. Beane will want his own guy at the end of the season and won’t show any indication of his movements while he works around interim issues. It’s ruthless but also has happened in several sports and franchises in the past.
  20. Doug Pederson won a Super Bowl his second year in Philly. Second year in Sean McDermott is already knowing he’s not Brandon Beane’s favorite and cutting Peterman after the presser Sean gave; was the kiss of death. I think slowly Beane is looking at the auditions for interim Coach for the pressers and it falls to either Daboll or Frazier at this point. Beane will be looking to cut his losses and find a Coach who can actually elevate players not Jauron them into his boring systematic approach.
  21. This seasons over and nothing to look forward to, now except the Habs, and twenty-four cups and counting. Sabres fans good luck and happy holidays; Hanukah, Christmas, Ramadan, and Kwanza.
  22. Write a draft yourself then you seem quite capable of mocking mine as I’ve actually tracked players and written statements on them.
